      Good news for mobile games, Feral are looking to bring the game to iPhone with a redesigned interface so it will work on the smaller screen

      According to the post from Ellie below looks like owners of the current app will be getting the update free, very excited

      If you already own ROME: Total War for iPad, you'll get it for iPhone too. No extra purchase needed!

      Getting this massive game on iPhone is proving quite the adventure, but it's a very exciting one. Can't wait to show you guys.

      just saw the trailer, i will probably not play ROME but i will end up buying it at some point purely to support you feral people, and hope for more iphone greatness :)

      The release date got pushed back to summer. We’ll have to wait a little longer. The trailer is amazing and is proof that Feral is doing an excellent job at fitting all of Rome’s greatness in the screen of an iPhone.

      And we've just announced the release date! ROME will be marching onto iPhone on 23rd August. :)

      This is great news! Will we be able to use iCloud in order to share saves between devices (eg, begin on iPhone X, pick up on iPad 10.5, and go back and forth between the two)? Thanks in advance.

      08-17-2018 response from Feral via Twitter: “Absolutely! If you have iCloud set up and already own the game on iPad, your saves will be ready and waiting for you when you install on iPhone.”​
