No, still not available in HK store. If it were, I still need to trade away Jade Empire and a couple of big stuffs before I can accommodate it (iPad Mini 2 with puny 32GB here) iPad is my primary mobile gaming machine. Like BG1 and BG2, this is another game that literally asks for a very big screen, for leads me to believe there will be a 16.9" iPad PRO some day.
??? Dude 12.9" is the strongest iPad Ever, specially for games, 4 GB of ram will hold you for a while.
16.9" iPad will be too heary and bigger than many notebook. A tablet should be something that has size in between smartphone and notebook. If a tablet that cannot be so portable, it should not called tablet.
Supported iPads are here: http://www.feralinteractive.com/en/games/rome-ios/requirements/ You'll need iOS 9.3.5 or higher. Hope you're all enjoying the game! Let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions for other games for us to bring to iPad
There is a pause option when you click on Victoria or you can swipe with three fingers in a downwards motion as a quick method of getting to the Pause menu. There you can return to the main menu, save/load etc. There are parts of the Tutorial that you cannot pause due to how the tutorial works but you should be able to pause once you get back to the campaign after you completed the first round of 3D battles and help. Hope you're having fun!
Need to make time as I just bought bioshock 1 and 2 on the Mac store during the 75% off sale. A little out of topic but are you guys going to do a sale for bioshock 3 soon too?
So my favourite part of this game was actually the world map part rather than the actual battles. How does that part of the game work on this version?
Been waiting for this for so long! The wait continues, as I am at work and my iPad is at home! Oh well, another few hours to go! My favourite part of the game was the campaign map as well. Glad to know it is identical. Can we choose different difficulty settings for campaign map and battles? Not sure whether Rome as a game supported this, but the later games definitely have it.
Yes you can! We allow all the campaign options the original game did. Here is a screenshot from my iPad right now
