Entry and exit moves are in the "details" section of each ride's info--the Blue buttons on top of the entry/exit section. Terrain controls are in the Build menu.:)

Thanks -- I must have had it in my head that this is iPhone because of the forum label (just says iPhone). Weird. Pleasantly happy that it's universal :D

I placed a ride and haven't opened it yet, but I need to move it a bit.

How do I move something after I put it down? I can't see a way to go into a kind of edit mode....

Man this brings me back to when I had theme park. I owned it for 3do and then started buying it on PC along with roller coaster tycoon. I still love the 2d versions better but these are good as well

I still can't believe this is on iOS and a fully paid app at a cheap price even. After the last one on here I thought we had no chance of having a proper RCT as they would all be f2p because it's an easy model to charge for things on.

I am surprised however that there seems to be so little publicity of the game, hoping it gets noticed and performs well so they decide it's a good idea to go down this route for future apps and even IAP expansions possibly.

Although I need more space on the parks if they add the expansions, I'm a bit OCD and spend ages building each part to make it as good as I can and in still usually never happy with the final result.

NEVER PLAYED a tycoon game before. This seems hard. I'm in the first park and I keep going negative. I build the prebuilt tracks and rides and put a few food stalls and hire Janitors....but I go negative. Not sure what to do?

Look for the panel that has all the guests thoughts - if you can see the highest amount of thoughts, say 'This park is messy', it will give you an idea of what problems to target.

Also bump up the entry fee of each ride, item of food and drinks, and other things sold from shops. The defaults are very safe. Most of the customers comments say "xx is very good value!" so you can get away with more than double on some rides. Especially when they are brand new.

Also you need quite a lot of drinks shops I found. Even if it's the same one in several places.

And you need to plan your paths / ride entries and exits so that as customers exit one ride, they have a short walk to the entry of the next one. Scoop them all up and don't give them too much 'wandering time'.

Also it is worth investing in Marketing once you have a few rides making profit - will increase your customers amount and generate more cash. (It's in the Park Management tab). However don't expect to make boat loads of money on the first map. You need more coasters but unless you take a loan you won't be able to afford the better coasters yet I think.

The post above does a good job of explaining it along with all of that I'd say take your time. You can't build everything all at once you need time to earn income and plan your next move. Setting up things like prices and staff and viewing what people want along with looking around at your park use some time up to earn some income.

You can always play in sandbox mode too, might be good practice for you if you've never played before. The money is unlimited but still you can get use to building and keeping people happy ect

I've been struggling with making paths on uneven terrain. Or more accurately I've been struggling to flatten terrain in order to make it better for laying paths. There's so many options but none of them seem to just flatten a single tile to the ones around it. (Brush size/strength, smooth, lower, reduce angled edges or whatever it's called and all those tools. Tried everything!).

And I had to raise one of my coasters to get an allowed placement but now I can't build path with stairs high enough to reach it. So I guess I wasted 12k buying that coaster! :)

Pretty amazing game to have running on a mobile tho! There is a hell of a lot going on in the simulation, down to the vertical and lateral g's being tracked on all rides! No wonder it slows down a bit if you have a lot of rides.

Had to give up playing on my mini 3, but it runs much better on iPad Air. Going Fast Forwards kind of kills it though - need to stick to Real Time if you are navigating menus or trying to build.

I love the creativity you can put into the details of layout with all the props and path extras. And it's good how if you take the time to look around close up, you can see reactions of people looking at the shops to give a clue if the shops are trading efficiently (if you are charging too much they nod their heads?) and can see if there is litter on the paths meaning you need more bins and/or janitors. You can get right down to assigning workers to specific areas too - and it all works remarkably well in the GUI except for the path making I mention above.

Will probably get used to it.

Anyone know if there IS a max height of paths/bridges?

Thanks for the advice guys. Anyone else notice how it is hard to click on a ride or attraction. When it says a ride is broken down, I try clicking on it and it won't do much. UI seem clunky to anyone ? But I got the hang of it. Almost to tycoon level on my first park.

Manage -> Guests -> Summarized List -> press right arrow to show 'Thoughts'

Also in there is Guest Statistics which will give a good indication of if you should build more gentle youngsters rides or focus on more thrill rides. And who to target Marketing to.

I'm having fun playing this on an iPhone 4! I need to wait a few seconds of loading screen when loading the sandbox mode. The game really looks so low-res and lags when rotating and moving the camera. I need to hold a button for a few second to select the button. After a minute, the game will freeze. Also tried one of the campaign mode. After a few seconds of loading, the game freezes at the loading screen.

How bad is it? Is it almost unplayable? I'm thinking of getting this on my iPod touch 5?

Is there a way to hide the hud so you can enjoy the full screen view?

If not, hopefully it can be patched in.

Loving this game. Hard to believe we are getting games like this on mobile devices like the iPod 6.

Really is quite the sight to behold seeing all the peeps walking around with balloons, riding rides, and seeing the staff keep the park running. So cool to watch!

Spent a good few hours playing tonight and still enjoying it, I progress a bit slow as i have to do everything properly not just slap things down wherever. Also I found that I wasn't keen on the grey path colour it seemed to bland, went for the Tarmac because it had the white outline and looked good but also as it changes the colour or the rides ground also it gives a much better contrast than the dull grey.

So on the iPad Air 2 and only had 1 slowdown so far just a few jutters for a few seconds. But I can't see options like others mentioned to turn shadows off ect? All I see are music and controls.
