ok..here is my try: I like one because I like to turn my TV into sometime more useful other than watching the normal programs...I like variety. Video Streams seems to allow that kind of flexibility using any of my iDevices such as ipad and iPhone to stream videos to my TV. It helps me save costs as I am using my current devices to do this magic. Hope I can bring magic to my idevices using Video Stream and amaze my friends as well. Btw, sidetrack, I like to know what cable I need for the setup shown on the video above. Any link to buy the cable?

Video Stream will play vids on your iPad or iPhone/touch without hooking up to a tv of course, but if you want to stream direct to your tv then you'll need a tv-out cable (composite/component) available from Apple retail or online.
I want this because Apple tv = lots of money. Lots of money = unhappy me. So me get this and me make cheap apple tv. So me be happy. Me wants now! If you don't, me go in corner and cry like kobe bryant after not getting ball. So me stay there eating cardboard sandwiches with toes. Licking every ant I find. Absurd enough?
I have not an Apple TV, nor have I any plans on getting one. I would, however want this app so that I can complete my apps collection. I plan to have downloaded all apps in the entire AppStore by 2020. This would be a great help, especially if it costs a lot.

Wow Jake I do feel sorry for your plight But no Mac, no wifi, no tv? Video Stream is great but you'll still need something to stream to or download from. Just to check you do have electricity ? Check your Private Messages
I want one simply because I want to prove to people I need all these iOS device I own, simultaneously LOL. And of course, the convenience of streaming all the videos from my PC

I am not really a fan of appletv but your video certainly impress me that I can do more with just an iphone or ipad. I love the thought of going to my friend's house with just videostream and invading their tv set with my iphone videos and seeing their surprised look on their faces. Simply priceless!
