I got an email from Apple telling my pre-order is available for download, but when I click on the link, nothing happens! The page is just blank! And when I do a manual search for Rolando, I can see it, but instead of seeing a download option, it still just says "pre-ordered". So frustrating... :-(
Easy couple of solutions, buddy. 1) Head over to your purchased list. You’ve most likely already been charged for the game, so it should show up atop your list with the usual cloud icon for downloading. 2) If you haven’t already been charged (most unlikely since you got that email) you can still cancel your pre-order. Click your account image thing in the App Store, go into your account, click on pre-orders and cancel the pre-order. You’ll then be able to buy it.
