I do not expect that it will drop in price for quite a while, if ever.

Rolando is well worth the price, I don't see it dropping anytime soon. Maybe on their next game release it'll go on sale to celebrate though, but I'd say pick it up now - it's well worth it.

If it's in the top 25, the price is not going to drop anytime soon. I would either get another iTunes card or find another game.

According to Appshopper Rolando is ranked around 30-something in the top paid list and is slipping down each day. A price-drop could be in its future, definitely if it falls from the top 50...

Ngmoco said they don't have plans to lower the price any time soon.

It will* drop, it's just a question of when. I would guess not any time soon though...

It will sooner or later, NGMOCO produces excellent games all of which I have paid for as soon as it came out, Only to see a price drop only a few days or so later. While I don't mind, I think everything they make is worth the money, I am going to wait for Rolando to drop in price as well. It will happen sooner or later... Hopefully sooner than later as I have been wanting to try this one, just not sure if I will even like it that much...

    Buy it now. It's awesome!

  13. If it dropped, what would it drop to? Maybe $5 at the very least. For the $5 you would save yourself (probably less in reality) it's worth getting it now rather than waiting.

Yeah, just like the developers of Frenzic saying they'd never put a "SALE" banner on their icon...

    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=2352

It's all very well saying you won't bow to the pressure when your game is doing well and is at the top of the charts, but when you suddenly find your game dropping out of view and no-one's buying it because there's so many other cheaper games out there that are just as good... well, then we'll see if they change their mind about a price-drop...

I just had a look on the UK version of the App-Store, and Rolando is now down at number 23... they were at number 5 or 6 when I last looked a few days ago...
Where are they on the US Store?

Update: I just logged into the US Store myself to check, and the story there is even worse... Rolando's at number 35.

    Not anytime soon??

Once Rolando is near to dropping out of the top100, they will click the discount button faster than anyone can say the word "bullshit".

im sure its worth 10 bucks but ill never buy another one of their games until they go on sale. every one of their games i bought dropped in price only days after i bought them. if it never drops, ill never buy it b/c the way i see it, they owe me at least 5 bucks for horrible ethics.
