The problem with adding iap that is attractive like removed pet rest time, is it devalues the gem doubler as being the purchase to make to give you a better game than any other iap. Gem doubler is aimed at making the game a premium experience. So if that pet thing was made an iap... Make the gem doubler a combined iap with Removed pet rest time+ Gem doubler + Gold enhanced gathering by 1/2? Not sure whether thatd be attractive if the price was upped too though. And people would squeal if it wasnt retro. Lol
Yeah, true. Hell I'd love a full on premium one-time purchase to make the game like the steam version even if it was $15 USD. I paid more than that for some IOS games. I'm probably in the minority though, as I understand the app market is vastly different.
How do I get better loot man? I am doing 2 sword dungeons and I seem to run plenty without ever changing my gear out.
Don't underestimate the value of boots that have an extra move every *turns. I have a pair that give me an extra free turn every 6 turns and it allows me to swap weapons/spells without the turn penalty.
No idea except play the three sword dungeons. And upgrading the armory and blacksmith seems to give occasional divine weapons.
Definitely stick to 3 sword dungeons and gauntlets. But really, by far, the most fabled I've seen have been in shops.
It's just an endless in which you keep everything EXCEPT any dead pets (story gauntlets) until the dev fixes the bug next week. The loot level is very nice, my loot-loving amenbrother! Except for that bug there is nothing roguelike about it.
LOL man this game needs more of the loot too! But I have only done the story stuff not gauntlets or anything.
Not even the gauntlets on the story screen? You really should. Ok, I think the gem doubler validation with the update is a bit TOO...validating. Maybe I need to get used to it but it seems like a distracting HUD element that provides no dynamic information.
I'd say the most recent one that you've unlocked, under the assumption that the loot levels get better as you go. No idea whether that is true though.
I'm a bit confused here; which are the gauntlets on the story screen? Is that referring to the non-story (sworded) levels in the portal screen?
They open up as you progress through story mode, as their own islands. Those sword dungeons you reference are not gauntlet. They have an end boss.
I'm thinking, maybe for the next update when the gem double causes more gems to drop ... I just display a floating up green gem above the character with some text or something, that way it could free up some of the valuable hud space and not be too distracting.
