omg if this well-reviewed and highly polished 99 cent and $1.99 game actually does go free then I hope the whiners in this thread will stop boycotting the developer. Of course, those complainers would never spend any money on a game anyway, so their point is moot.
And on another note, I wonder if creating false "THIS GAME IS GOING FREE" threads can actually influence a developer to make their game free to appease the angry, sweaty mobs??
gee i hope not. i love freebies but only when they happen for the right reasons. and obviously - false freebie alerts should not happen to begin with, and i've yet to encounter a false alert in TA (the current thread was actually true to reality. less true of most of them - but still true). this is a well valid whine
I bought the hd version day one, but I'll be damed if I am gonna buy the iPhone version too, but he'll I'll take it for free. So not all complainers were cheap. I buy about 50 dollars in the AppStore or IAP a week.
Uhhh according to appzapp yesterday it went free then back to normal.. And today it shows it as dropped to free again.. But its still paid just as it was when I checked yesterday, odd. Canadian app store btw...
so it went free for like 10 seconds? people in this thread have been following this games price since this BS announcement and it never went free
It's free in New Zealand at the moment. I suspect there will be a rolling price drop as each region's store is updated for the day.
Holy crap there's alot of people whining about not getting a game for free. It's just a buck or two anyways...
the whining is that the devs are posting that the game is free when it's not, there is a difference it's free in NZ now then the US should get it free soon
I'm truly psyched for this one. I even like the art direction better than "Catherine", its original inspiration. At least with this one there's no risk of feeling aroused from looking at the cartoon rendering of a robot .
Did you even bother to READ the thread? The DEV never said it would go free. Geez. There was NEVER a "BS" announcement by the developer. I'll jump on a dev who does something wrong just as much as anyone else, but I'll also defend a dev who clearly has done nothing wrong. Anyway, hope those of you who actually appreciate the game if it goes free gives props to the Dev. It's a great game worth well more than the measly dollar it was to begin with.
I just found it odd, and have been following the thread so I know what the hell this all is, I'm really confused by what it says on appzapp. Maybe it was some sort of screw up on apple's part, either way it looks worth it to buy which if it doesn't actually go free I will likely do I am more here cause of the mystery, I wanna know what this was all about
