Not sure what happened with the sale, but as with void, I highly recommend this game. Well worth $.99 (or $1.99 for the HD version). I haven't finished it yet (haven't had enough time with all the games I'm juggling and I'm sometimes puzzle-challenged).

 

yeah, even if you missed the sale... you WILL NOT regret throwing down a buck on this game. I probably sunk about 40 hours into it, and loved every minute.

Even Appshopper have yet to register any price change.

 

I'm guessing it was just a "hype sale"... saying it went free just to gather more attention...

I've been up since 6 am, now 1pm, and never saw it go free.... not even appshopper gave any kind of notice

 

ok, this is a must-buy for free! I purchased it on day 1...original and attractive gameplay

 

lol .. only original to those who have yet to play Catherine! I bought this when it came out and waited a while for them to fix the English.. an update has since then fixed the script but I have yet to pick it up again.

I should get down to playing it after finishing Bard's Tale. =/

 

yeah, I ended up buying Catherine for my brother-in-law because of this game... I am really REALLY enjoying it, but IMO, it doesn't beat Robo5 - I know it's because I got Robo5 before Catherine, but damn this game is nice, and not just a cheap rip-off either... It would have been GREAT to see bosses at the end of each world, but I guess the EXTREMELY lax time limits are almost like having a boss - make it up as fast as you can... kind of like something is chasing you... =oP

 

Never heard of this game but the reviews are very positive here on the UK App Store.

 

This was another one on my wishlist for when I found time to play a new game. Very impressive freebie that looks great in gameplay videos.

I think the sale lasted a very short time. Like 5-10 minutes.

No big loss. I didn't get a chance to download and play it so there's no way I'll be recommending it to anybody now that the price has been restored as I don't know what it's like.

Besides, I have more than enough games, paid and free, that will last me at least a couple of years, that's if I ever get round to playing even a quarter of them.

 

I was being sarcastic. Anyway I bought the HD version day one, it is a good game, but I really don't like shenanigans like that.
