The graphics certainly are high quality and the first 10 levels are free so it may appeal to some people. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #4 ste86uk, May 28, 2019 I see what you mean, just set it off moving and then sit and watch it? Even on fast forward it seems a bit pointless and the odd tapping to cast a spell doesn’t make it feel like I’m doing any extra. Legion180 Well-Known Member Jul 23, 2015 204 57 28 #5 Legion180, May 28, 2019 I remember Reaper, that game was absolutely great! This one is definitely worth a try. aricall Well-Known Member Jun 16, 2009 226 2 18 Tattooist #6 aricall, Jun 5, 2019 Fun game. Great art style. Anyone know how many more levels if you purchase? solarnya Well-Known Member Jul 22, 2015 907 287 63 Male Close to Tokyo, Japan #7 solarnya, Jun 6, 2019 What is difference between premium and creators edition? I need more information! raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #8 raravan, Jun 6, 2019 with creators edition you'll get one more skill/spell/ability each time you level up. that's it. solarnya likes this. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #9 L.Lawliet, Jun 6, 2019 I'm thinking that's not true? The wording they wrote it with is very unclear but you START with 3 initially. Premium says it gives you +1. Creators says you get 4 total. So either way, the total equals to 4. I purchased Creators but I assume it's just for supporting the dev and it's not different than the lower tier unfortunately. I wish they'd have added a lot more bonuses like they did in Reaper for different purchasing tiers. I should try to email them and ask if they plan to add more in the future. === Btw I got this game 3 days ago and I'm obsessed with it. I didn't think I'd like it but I slowly got hooked. Hexage games are always a gem and they release one game every 2-3 years or so, in which a quality game is always produced. I wasn't really a fan of Red Con though it was a very high quality game. This game on the other hand is quite addictive with lots of skills to collect and great combinations to make. There's so much strategy involved in each level and it looks like it's "auto" but it's not really since you need to be using your skills to survive. There's tons of traps, enemy variations ,etc. that keeps you on your toes. I have to say I absolutely love the artwork of Hexage (reminds me of Reaper) and the main character looks so awesome. Even art aside, the story has me hooked. Even Reaper had a wonderful story. I'm impressed. That's partially why I bought the Creator tier to support these rare gems that come out... rarely. I think my only gripe (aside from Creator content) is that I feel teleport is a required skill. It should not take up an attack slot. It should be a free mandatory slot. If you don't have teleport, there's no way to dodge any attacks. So I'm confused how you can get through the game without dodging. You can barely take any hits, especially from powerful foes who can 1 shot you easily. Your character will constantly run right toward enemy attacks and teleport is the only way to go, unless I'm missing something. I tried just going all attack skills and got obliterated quickly. Creators won't rush through the game since it's the exact same thing as premium. Shield sounds interesting. I've never seen it. However I think that agrees with what I said, since you need a skill to mitigate damage. If you don't have a shield then you need something else, like teleport. I personally don't play on 2x speed since I like to strategize carefully and enjoy the game at its pace but it's cool that you can do that. I rarely ever speed up any games that offer it. raravan likes this. The creator pack makes the game easier definitely, since you got 1 bonus skill you level up every time, that means you can find higher level skill easier, and the biggest difference is the skill amount: Creator level 3(12) = Premium level 4(12) Creator level 6(24) = Premium level 8(24) About the shield, the only downside is that you can’t melee attack enemies if you activate the shield, but you can prevent yourself from dying. raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #14 raravan, Jun 6, 2019 see, @L.Lawliet ? that's what i was talking about. You get 3 skills normally and then you get +1 for premium and then creators you get 4 total. 3+1=4. So yeah I don't understand what you guys are talking about. I'm bought the creator version and only see 4 random skills every time I level up. Unless you guys are saying that premium upgrade is consumable? You get 1 bonus skill and then that's it? You don't get anything after that 1 skill? raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #16 raravan, Jun 7, 2019 yes, with premium you get +1 just once. c: L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #17 L.Lawliet, Jun 7, 2019 Oh damn. Well when I got the creator pack and level up my character to a new level, I know that I should reset the game immediately, because you can get a bonus skill every time you level up is a huge difference on later levels, then I found out the bonus package that premium pack gave is gone as well...
