I absolutely wouldn't buy it. It's weaker than most 5* items, and selling your equipment to buy it would make your team significantly weaker. Sure, you don't come across many (if any) 5* items, but this one isn't anything special.
I don't see how selling off 1*/2* gear that he's currently using will make him significantly weaker. The only thing is, I highly doubt he would have enough to buy the 5* after selling the 1*/2* gear off. How are you viewing the 5* as weaker? I was under the impression that the base stat gains for all 5*s were the same. It's also a life stealer weapon which can work well with strong frontliners. What other modifiers on a weapon are considered best?
It's not that it's that bad, it's just that he's sacrificing, potentially, life steal on every troop for the same amount of life steal and a little extra power - all for just one troop.
He needs 2800 more medals to get that lifesteal item. That means he's sacrificing close to 25 2* items to get it - a full team worth of items. Losing all of those equipment skills on so many units is not at all worth it.
Thanks for the comments!!! I think I'm gonna buy it. First, most of my equipments have bad abilities - hand of thief, so I'm thinking of selling it somehow. Second, I usually run arena with only 2 heroes, so losing 20 equipments might not be much problems because I would still have 3 equipments left to use. But, lastly, I might find it more difficult to run Gold mine, since I use full team. So, I might stop running it for awhile and go for Yeti until I get some optimal equipments. What do you guys think?
i would not buy it Then again u may not see another good item for another few month this game is really stingy with them rainbow
I've searched and cannot find and answer. What does reborn do? Wondering whether to do that with my only sainted hero thus far (Mechanic).
The next planned update will probably mostly be focused around the arena, so I'm going to take a guess and assume that there's no new quests included with that. I wouldn't expect any new quests to be released for at least a month, but I could be wrong.
Reborning your heroes does the following: 1. Resets your hero to level 1. 2. Adds a star to your hero (in your case, your Mechanic will now be 4*) 3. Reduces the current stats of your hero. Basically, reborning your heroes takes away about 30 levels worth of stats from them, but gives you the ability to level them 60 more times, making them even stronger than before their reset. Be careful, though - make sure you have plenty of coins/wings to relevel your rebirthed unit, otherwise they'll be temporarily weaker than usual. All heroes can be reborn multiple times, up to a maximum of 5*. So 3* units like Mechanic can be reborn twice, while 1* units can be reborn four times.
Very helpful. Thanks! I'm at 74 and on 9/10 for Teula, and close to getting Phoenix, so I'd better hold off. Not bad for having started the game on Saturday, I don't think! Sent you a friend request BTW.
Any tips or guides for Rise of Heroes? Well, the title really says it all. Also, how do you get the 12th felix. My GC Jez4Life
If you check out Mariowammer's signature, there is a link to his guide within this forum - very helpful. For 12th Felix, he is obtained on the second map and is gotten the same way first Felix is - by beating him in the standalone event.
I just got a Maelstrom +1 (+300 pwr): gives 100% chance to release a bolt of lightning that leaps through nearby enemy units. So who would you put this one? Fire Wizard? Necromancer? Blase Master? Void Hailer? Disruptor? Or someone else? Thanks
How do you get more emeralds? I've been getting a lot of bombs lately and really need to get emeralds for the Phoenix. By the way, thanks for the reply! Cheers
Just keep playing and before you know it, you will have more Emeralds than you can use. I always select the same treasures and in the same order to reduce getting bombs all of the time, works for me.
It depends on your situation. If you're fighting many enemies, you'll want it on a melee unit, like Necromancer or Kalari, since they attack "faster" when there's more enemy frontline units to hit, giving you more electricity hits. If you're just doing something like fighting the yeti, you'd definitely want it on a Sagittarii if possible, and if you don't have her leveled, put her on a high damage backline unit like Fire Wizard.
For the vip chest, is the Saint wings just a one time thing? Or do you get one every time you open the chest?
