I think there is a small bug with the new hero. I did the gold mine and eventually all of my front heroes got killed (including the new hero). BUT: the enemies didn't attack my back row (only bard and phoenix were alive at this point) and i had to quit from the mine losing the gold and energy. They simply tried to attack the new hero, but he was dead already.
Needs assistance in Rise of Heroes Hi, please add me on gamecenter and on Rise of Heroes, I need some friends for Yeti. My nickname is 4bant. Thank you
Hahahaha no. Just no. I was waiting for patch to see if the game would be worth picking up again, and this answered that question for me. Edit: I logged in briefly to check prices, and low and behold TWO 4*! Both weapons with +3 abilities. 3500 coins. Hahaha seriously? How many days of grinding is that for ONE end-game item, even assuming you sell all the drops you get?
+5 Def vs -5% taken from all damage For a high def hero, which is better, +5% def or -5% taken from enemy, did anyone do the math? Also, how about for low def heroes? Also, I've been reading the early pages on the forum, and I haven't heard about these heroes at all: Phoenix, Lancelot, Valkyrie. Are all of these now unavailable from the tavern?
I'm really really new at this game, but I think you said it yourself, it's an "end-game" item, you shouldn't expect it to be easy to get, because if it is, everyone reaches end-game too fast and there'll be nothing left to do, which bores people. This way, they always have a higher tier to reach, which gives them reason to grind and play the game.
By the way, does anyone have a bug where the Arena isn't accessible, and even the CS code isn't showing up, AND none of your friends can see you in their friend list? This happened to my friend.
the prices seem a little ridiculous i only see two 870 pirate coin items that are rare. so this means everyone gets handed random item?? OR Is it based on lvl? also, where is 5v5 pvp? no new character? disruptor that it?
Hi Osterus! It really have two update, 1st (Weapon System), 2nd (6 new hero + new daily reward + full world 2). But all of update is delayed by holidays, the 2nd update may come in next 2 week. About new pvp mode, we are still working for this, sorry you guy!
After the new patch I've noticed a few things: 1) Clicking on the map button now takes a few seconds longer to load. Not being nitpicky but I have to wait around 5 seconds to load the map where as before it took maybe 1-2 seconds. Try it. Click on "Map" and you are stuck on the shield and sword screen for literally 5 seconds. Is this a bug or is the game no longer optimal on a 5S? 2)When selecting yeti and after defeating yeti, the loading screen is roughly 3 seconds. before it was around 1 second to load and finish the yeti bug. Why are the loading screens now infinitismally longer? 3) The loading screen to pvp now takes around 2 seconds longer. All of the above need to be optimal. The game is now taking forever to load.
You may have figured this out already, but progress through the campaign until you complete campaign 20. That's when all the multiplayer functionality of the game (arena, events, friends, etc) are unlocked. It's possible they don't assign you a CS code until then as well.
Very good unit, but not incredible. I'd say he's worse than both Void Hailer and Kalari. If you're a very high tier player (most of your team is 5*) then he's worth your time to grab, but other than that I wouldn't really bother. He definitely deserves a spot on the best arena teams in the game, but he requires a lot of resources to level. He honestly might be better for questing than the arena. Accompanied by some combination of Void Hailer + Winter Warden + Crusader + Sagittarii with Snowman Amulet, you can shut down quest bosses to the point where they can't use any specials. I expect this to be very useful as they release more quests.
+5% def gives you 5% extra base hp, while +5% damage reduction essentially gives you 5% extra total hp. By total hp, I mean both your base hp and any health you gain back from healing. Thus, without healing, the two skills are identical. With healing/lifesteal/etc, damage reduction is significantly better. Contrary to what you might think, damage reduction is also better on Felix. His special activates based not on how much damage he takes, but what percentage of his base health he has lost. So the two skills don't affect how quickly his special activates, and so you should take untouchable on him as well to make him tankier.
This is a really great tip, thank you! I've noticed right now that my team is having a hard time progressing the campaign. My team is as follows: Mercenary, Mechanic, Lightning Wizard, Widow Judith and Bishop. Widow Judith is a bust, she's really just too squishy to be a melee hero, so now I have the option of leveling up Mercenary so that he's tankier, and wait until campaign 70 to get the new heroes, or I buy the dark night right now and level him up, THEN get the new heroes @ campaign 70. So it boils down to this: just keep my green gems until campaign 70, or use it for the dark night, thus delaying the 2nd tier tavern heroes?
It depends on what your goal is. If you want to progress in the quests the quickest, I'd go ahead and pick up Dark Rider. Without him, the later quests are very difficult, and he's the best unit available to tank in your battle against Felix. However, if you do get Dark Rider, he's not going to stay in your team forever, and he'll delay your Phoenix, which is probably the best tavern purchase (of any of the three sets of tavern heroes). Personally, I'd probably go ahead and pick up Dark Rider, but the choice is yours. There's some drawbacks either way. Edit: Also, your team composition might be a little awkward if you get DK. Once you get Felix, Felix, Queen Teuta, and DK are all really good frontline units, but you'll want to have Bishop, Mechanic, and (eventually) Phoenix as your backline. That'll break your current cap of 5 units, but the 6th slot shouldn't take you too long to get if you save your gems.
