You ought to be able to beat him. I posted a few tricks and tips for him in the very last post on page 112. I'd link it, but I'm on my phone right now.
you need to time and press the shield item when he starts charging electricity. I used around 10 shields and 15 pots or so. My highest was 3 star level 60 for most of my characters. (like 6) Good luck
The itunes store is closed from 12/22 to 12/29. Devs probably were unaware of that when they submitted it. So we may have to patiently wait a few more days.
This game needs an in-depth guide in the worst way. I am thoroughly enjoying the game but I have questions. The same questions that most people seem to have. I have been playing about a week and about on stage 40 of the frozenland. There are plenty of "use this hero", "upgrade this hero first", etc. But nothing about when and where you can obtain the heroes. There are many who missed certain heroes. A quick start guide to avoid some really game altering mistakes would be very welcome. I was lucky enough to get the mechanic and (queen i think) from the events I saw active, but I am wondering about some of the other heroes I am lusting after. So here are some hero acquisition questions. Is there an IN-DEPTH guide to when and where to obtain heroes? How do I get Pheonix? I am sitting on 400 emeralds, but I am afraid to spend them on Necro fearing that Phoenix might be available in the tavern soon. Are there any more heroes unveiled at the tavern past Necro? Are Kalari and Void Hailer only available from PvP/relic shop? I have a lot more questions, but I already have a wall of text. I really did try to read/search the many many pages of this forum, but if I did miss these answers somewhere I am sorry
IF you have the Nechromancer unlocked, then you have the Phoenix unlocked. It isn't called the Phoenix at first, it is called the lucky egg, or something like that. It's the only egg hero in the game . Also, keep in mind that Nechromancer is getting nerfed in the update coming out in a few days. Lastly, yes, Kalari and VH are only found in the Arena shop. It is highly recommended you buy Void Hailer first! Edit: Mechanic, Queen, and Bella are the only timed heroes in the game. If you have them, you can obtain every hero in the game. If you, or someone else, happened to miss one of these three heroes - they will be able to be obtained after a coming update.
Thanks iuhkil! I guess I have access to all the heroes then. I feel pretty stupid about the egg/Phoenix. Doh!
Yep! If you figure that it'll take Apple about 7 working days to get the update through to us, we'll be looking at a release pretty much exactly on New Years.
From what I'm seeing in Arena, to get medals you want to defeat "stronger" teams (they have more attack power/defense power than you). However the problem right now is that the characters aren't balanced. If you take one character that can 100% wipe out another team with one special and it goes off every time you can earn a lot of medals. I'm using one character and I can win anywhere from 5-20 medals depending on the matchup. My average safe win range is 12 medals. I don't see how void hailer would increase my chances of winning or up my earnings in any manner. I have not gotten Void Hailer yet, but instead opted to get Kalari to increase PvE potential.
That is true, ever since the Arena was broken a few weeks ago - it is incredibly easy. It hasn't always been this way, though. If they ever decide to revert the arena to its original state, or make it harder - then Void Hailer is a must.
This is so annoying on my iPad, I had to search and see what others are saying about this! Will it be disabled in future updates? God I hope!! Love the game though!
Yes, I believe they said this will be fixed in the update coming within the next week or so. I don't believe it was intentional for it to pop up every time.
Is there a strategy for the gold mine? It might be my imagination but the opposition seems to scale with my group strength.
You'd be right! The gold mine scales in difficulty and reward as you progress through the quest. If you want to maximize your reward, make it so that you can reach the end of the gold mine on your better/lucky runs before progressing in the quest. As for strategy, it mostly comes down to luck, although having a big frontline and good healers certainly helps.
Hi everyone! One of the 4 star weapon ^^. Maelstrom: .400 PWR. .Lightning: have a chance to release thunder deal 150% damage with nearby enemy. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
Players try to keep their str/def low to increase medals income, most common choice is 5* Felix and Kalari, but I found that Warrior is insane good at this , a 5* Warrior can sweep a team and earn 20~30 medals each battle, his high luc almost guarantee you kill all 3* units at first move, or clean enemy's frontline at second move. It help me gained over 10,000 score yesterday. I spend all my gems into tournament to get medals, 1 gem = 7 tournament = 20*7 = over 140 medals, better than buying wings in the shop.
