Man those are some things that I did not know prior to reading this post! Thanks for your advice, I'll continue trying and see if I can get him in a while
Put item orb 5% snowman to Saggittari, it works even when she activate her skills. Pretty good combo so far lol
Hi guys!! Loving the game so far.. Quick question.. I was reading through some of the pages in this thread, but couldn't find exactly where/when the queen would become available.. Thanks OH! And please help me out with the invite code! 23D221 Thank you!!
Guys, please don't leave weak teams in the tournament (like Felix + lvl.1 heroes), because they're useless against the Yeti! Thanks!
is this true? I got the pirate event when I completed mission 50 :/ I thought queen was further along....
Yeah Im a n00b in this game.. Just finished the event and got queen. Thought you would get a hero named pirate in that event
queen tueta lvl 50 queen bella lvl 100 DO NOT GO PAST LVL 100 unless you still have those storm orbs. Killing queen bella without items or strong hero is tough.
Neat game so far, though I think I'm starting to hit the grindy bits 2 lvl 31+ chars, 4 lvl 30s, stuck around level 57 (need to use many single-use items to pass missions). X-Mas friend code bonuses might help (wish you could see what each item/char does). Friend Code 5A8F96 if anyone is looking for one! If anyone wants to add me as a friend to help with things like Yeti challenge, my gamecenter id is H_ngm_n.
By storm orbs, he means the holy strike item. You probably picked up one or two during the quests. You don't need them to beat Bella though if you have a good team though - guardian shields and warrior drinks are more than enough.
I could be wrong, but I feel like by the time you get to those waves, you should have picked up more golden wings to evolve your units. Two feels a bit low. What's your team right now? None of the Christmas rewards are anything super special, but here's what they do regardless: 1. Snowman Amulet - Gives +150 luck, and gives the equipped unit a 5% chance to turn enemies into snowmen on their basic attacks (basically a stun) 2. Winter Warden - Decent all around hero, has a special that hits multiple enemies with a chance to freeze them 3. Christmas Tree - Probably the best of the three - it lets you open a Christmas gift every three hours giving you a variety of coins, items, gems, and wings. Right now, probably the only thing you can do is grind out some more cash to level your evolved heroes. The best places to do this are the gold mine (you get keys to this from the daily missions) and the yeti (you need to bring a high level friend along to help kill it). I sent you a friend request so you can use my team for the yeti Hope that helps!
Yeah, I'm sort of hitting a wall now. Team is: Dark Rider : 40 Widow Judith : 30 Mercenary: 41 Lightning Wizard : 30 Bishop: 30 Sagittarii : 30 Only notable equipment are 2x +60 dmg weapons, which I've put on my Merc and on the Wizard (I move the second one around, but not seeing a great difference anywhere) Right now, I'm stuck on 3rd wave of Queen Teuta (once the first 4 second shield is up, I lose everyone but the merc and rider, then I don't have enough left to clean up the rest. I really want the queen so I'm trying to figure out a way to punch through here. I probably could progress past lvl 57 by using consumables, but I've tried to avoid doing so as much as possible outside of boss fights. No wings of any kind left at the moment. Haven't been able to win a Yeti Challenge yet - my team disappears upon the first use of his special laser.
Don't do yeti alone. Use "invite" and bring someone high powered who can clear yeti easily. As far as tournament teams being left on, just check to see if the team is decent before starting. It's a pain in the butt to swap so a lot of us do it as little as we have to.
Grinding is just a part of life in RoH. Eventually, you'll be doing plenty of it so start getting used to it now That said, I wouldn't recommend pushing or using items in the campaign. I stick to whatever I can 100% until I can 100% the latest mission. Since the yeti and daily wagon are tied to your campaign progress, pushing in the campaign will hurt you quite a bit in the long run. It's unfortunate that you haven't found any wings yet but don't lose hope, you'll gain some eventually. That said though, there is a p2p element in the game and unless you're planning on patiently grinding for weeks, expect progress through the campaign to be slow. That said, buying wings isn't horribly expensive and energy refresh costs are very reasonable. Regarding the yeti- never do it alone. Always use overpowered friends from the top of the high scores. Makes it significantly easier. Equipment, ive found, is extraordinarily rare. Drop rate is around 5-10% from the yeti in my experience. One week of yeti-ing and I'm at maybe 8-12 pieces obtained (with 15-20 attempts each day)
Any suggestions how to progress my team? Don't want to waste time or money on "worse" units. Crap, app pic upload isn't working.
What level/units/stars do you currently have, what stage are you on, and are you looking for campaign help or pvp help?
