Suggestions/feedback. You should set up a system where new assets/game updates can be downloaded from within the app. You know, like the character pictures, sound files, text descriptions for items, ability configuration and such. I mean, UI updates or gameplay changes will have to go the long route, but might as well just have the game download a zip from your website and extract the update. I would like to see a bunch more heroes. Heroes don't all have to be super different, you know, for balancing issues if that's a problem (which could be time consuming). Like the rogue with the backstab hit. With just a couple graphics you could start to roll out heroes with the same ability, but attakcs 2 enemies, or 3, or the strongest enemy, or the weakest, etc. You can even use the graphics from your other games Also challenge quests would be cool where you are limited to like 3 or whatever max heroes, or you have to bring specific heroes along in order to advance. Deployment prerequisites. (So like, each hero you get unlocks a quest potential with that mechanic, or access to new missions) Finally, the S class heroes have that glow, which calls my game down too much. Would be nice to disable it, instead of having to avoid S class altogether. Just a personal gripe. I guess I'd have other minor ideas but like these, they are kind of obvious steps. Like if you miss a timed quest with a unique hero, have it come back after a week, or require gems to unlock etc etc etc Other ideas?

It's very strange when you crash during pvp you lose a ticket! BUT if you crash during an event you get refunded your 10 energy. Pls fix the crash! It's like 2x more work (sometimes 3x if it keeps crashing and you keep losing all your friend invites!!) and you have to keep repeating things over and over and over... For PvE it's bearable. But for PvP loss of tickets is just a no-no...
Currently at 41 gems, 3200 medals, am I the only one who doesnt care too much when the update will come, so that I can take this chance farm up gems and saint wing to catch up top guy leaderboard lol
I paid attention to this a while ago when I noticed it and I think I get the general idea... Pvp tickets are spent the instant you look for opponents, probably to avoid people from cheating to find new opponents for cheap/free. Energy, while taken in kinda the same fashion, isn't truly spent right away, most likely because they knew there were crashes in and didn't want to anger people. Basically less protection in against cheating for energy. Anyways curious to see the changes in the new update. Hope it lands soon!
yes same thing happened on me, i am using iphone 6s. it crashes sometime. so i just uninstall it. but it's good game actually
Worst is that I fell for the scam and bought the 1 month VIP... Was done after 2 days because of the non excisting content so bye money...
I understand your feeling (in fact,while releasing, we think that our system can handle the online content update but it's actually not stable..., we face with quite many issues actually), the next update won't hold you longer, for sure but with one more working months, everything should be fine back. Finally few more hours . Eh dev since it's coming out in a few hours right why not just let us know what are the pricing for the new heroes . Dont ask us to find out ourself man haha . A compensation for keeping us wait so long

Void Haier costs 1500 medals thats the only hero I know. Low tavern hero cost 100 emralds, avarage hero cost 250 emralds, so high hero tavern cost may be about 400 emralds ?

Seriously!! Thanks mate! We're too slow. I'm afraid that even with this update, everyone will get through it really fast actually. It's not worth the wait of everyone so much from our point of views. But for the next update we will please everyone. As for the price of new heroes, they will be available in Tavern after entering Map 2, they're priced 300 emerald. This update has 5 new recruit-able heroes in total which are not much, however, they're pretty value during the PvP battle (which is the new direction of RoH in future). After this update, there will be more than 10 heroes added plus a new PvP Mode & a secret place to hunt for legendary gears (which will allowing player to upgrade 5 stars heroes to 6 to 10 stars rarity heroes by earning items in this mode). I want to share some with everyone to ask for a little patient while giving us more time to bring you guys (and ourselves) the real joy while playing RoH. Best!
Exactly! We're working it (available from the next update). This will give us more chance to have more visibility also in the App Store since our build size is over 100MB already. In fact, we have it, but it doesn't work as our expectation that is why everything come out real slow like that. We're soo young in experience while doing this type of content. We don't think so, since we will be focusing on PvP battle, every single new hero will be added with care because we want to allow player create their own strategy while having a team of different heroes . We saw many game with many heroes wit the big change is majorly in graphics and how the skill is performed only. We don't think that it's bad, but we think that there're so many already. Here we want something different, and every single hero can have their own value in at least some team combinations. We're trying to make it. Yes, we will take it in our discussion tomorrow. Glow in S Class is reduced in tonight update as far as I know. We will find a good way to bring missed heroes in later release for sure. Thank you a lot for your message!
