Lost items Dear iplay22ww Thanks for your prompt reply, I was also discussing with Antony regarding the features that I have missed due to this bug. Ie. Event heros, daily reward and event dungeons etc. I am at stage 80, and will be at a real disadvantage since if it means I didn't get a chance to farm any of the online events. I guess with a game like Rise of Hero just release and got some attention like this, dev will be very busy to update their server, database, content etc... So I think Antony isjust too busy to answer all the email (may be even his wife's email) to work hard for releasing the update. About your problem, if yours is not jail break then there must be a bug that cause the server to misunderstood... I guess you can only be patience and wait till the update to see if that provlem solved. Best of luck though !
Online content Dear iplay22ww I believe you have misunderstood my question, I completely understand how busy you guys are, and I really appreciate that since it's because of that this game is what it is, amazing. Of course I will be waiting for the update to see if the bug is fixed as Antony has already told me that my iPhone isn't jailed breaked since I have an account code. My question was simply that I have been playing this game for almost 3 weeks without being able to receive any daily logins, play any events, or any online content for that matter. now that I am this far in I'm way past quite a few events as they are campaigns progress triggered. Will I get compensated for this once the bug is fixed or at least get a chance to try and earn these event Heros like everyone else. If not then I might as well restart now rather than waste my time farming. Which will still be a big waste as I invested a lot of time already, but better than waste more time. Hope you can help answer if this is a possibility, I'm not asking what will be done right now, but simply when things are more settled down will I be reimbursed for this inconvenience that was not my fault in anyway. Hey Nok, This is actually the biggest problem we need to fix on these days. It seems that the issue need to be fixed by updating the game client so I'm afraid that wrong banned players need to wait for the new update to come. I know that this is so bad to let you face with it but it seems that this is the only way to fix the issue right now. I will give more updates as soon as possible. I won't forget you for sure. We are quite aware of that already plus the fact that players are wanting more way to strengthen their heroes guide us to a big feature will will be presenting to everyone in the second update. Actually, we don't focus on making money while creating Rise of Heroes (spending real money is optional, completely in RoH). If it's possible, you should try it for few moments to see if it does fit your state or not. Currently, we won't support this. The only way to re-play the game is to start with a new Game Center's id. But we still noticed your requests and put it in our next meeting since we received quite fews of that already. In fact I never get hero Mechanic myself, and when i found out that I lost him forever I was so dissappointed but since I spent too much time for my account already then I choose to keep playing and hope for the best in the new hero event coming. So I think is completly up to u whether keep playing or create another game center to reset the game.
I got banned earlier even without knowing how. My ipad is not a jail-broken device and i did'nt made any changes on the date settings. After closing the game, the "banned" disappeared and after defeating the yeti, I got banned again. My last progress has not been saved. ## please help ## GS Code: GC_G_8389125113

Pvp like crazy recently, climb from rank 278th 3 days ago and now rank 27th. Wonder if we got some reward for ranking in next update rather just grinding medal... About the hero Mechanic, i didnt have him but still ok after all as he deal good damage but take quite sometimes to release all those rocket not just bunch of damage at one time, so he can be killed pretty fast with a good aoe skill like Felix or Pirate Queen.
Im really happy with this game, played it for 8 hours and bought the VIP ticket for 30days immediately! although there is some backslide, like how the wagon event is adjusting to your progression and getting really annoying and its also very hard to find people to be your friend to help with the yeti. but overall really enjoy this game, hope you guys can continue the good work! @roy2x: it happens to everyone, they said will fix this in the update as well as the interface of friend list, someone even suggest the button to send energy all friend... Lets hope next update we will see it coming. @etherionz: about the wagon quest I try to figure out base on what it adjust its difficulties. I think it is not base on your current total power you deploy as i try to deploy less hero but the difficulties seem stay the same. So may be is two options: 1) base on your highest mission (i already beat lv 100 so cant test this) 2) base on the highest power hero you have in your deploy team or in garrision If we can figure this out, then we will know for example stop doing higher mission until u have a better lv team for wagon challenge, or if it base on higher power hero then we should level all hero at the same time etc... Also does anyone confirm that u can get 3 star weapon/armor from Yeti quest ? My highest so far is only 2 star and +3
