Actually, did that a bunch of times. I was unclear. It's saying I'm not connected to the Internet, when I clearly am. Is this a bug? Can't do tournaments. Device is an iPad Air, not jailbreaked. Any advice from developers? Thanks!

Hi devs. The game crashes way too often when I'm battling in the tournament. We only get so much refills of these since they generate slower. Getting a bit frustrated..please fix guys

if you have a credit card then just connect it to your itunes account or you can use itunes card, its the only way to buy in-app purchase... you cannot have the hero in events forever after the event ended, but dont worry, there are still a lot of hero coming so for now, make your available hero stronger i preparation for the next event...
i still dont have the Void Hailer yet but i can say that the skill is great but the duration is TOO LONG... even my team with 10 max heroes can easily be defeated if Void Hailer activates his skill. the only way for me to win is if my heroes can kill Void Hailer first(mostl thanks to Widow Judith's Skill) before he can activate his skill... it would be nice to make the duration shorter...
The Void Hailer is badass in PvP battle so far, we're still looking for more feedbacks on the heroes balancing so far. We will lower the cost for him a bit and adding a cool new hero in there at the same time. We're very close to the update already. Have a nice weekend, everyone!

Speding 250 to get lancer and pretty dissappointed at his poor damage (which stated in the description as storm and atrong attack...) better get the egg instead or lancelot... his affect of removing enemies status is not as useful as u think cause the battle happen pretty quick, either kill or be killed so... that skill really prove none effect really. Hope he will get buffed a bit next update. Also i just finish mission 100 but dont get 1st felix, please help.

I think that beside the JB, there're some rare cases that our server detect it incorrectly. We will fix this in the update. Sorry for your bad experience. During the meantime, can you please kill&relaunch the app or delete/redownload it again, this normally works with some players. Have a nice weekend!
No worry my friend, if u enjoy this game then u can enjoy anyway u like. Just keep playing and doing daily event, u will soon catch up and have powerful team because compare to many people who is going to play this game, you are stil ahead of them lol
How to unlock the next map? I just finish the greenland map. How would i unlock frozeland. Help pls ;(
