I've requested two refunds. First one, for piloteer. Near insta-delete. June 2015. I got App Store messages for about six months, requiring me to agree that if I DLed it, then I acknowledged that I had given up my right to a refund. Errrrr, ok. The second one was £2.99, for CK: Chronicles, in July 2016. Which just wasn't what I was expecting at all, and certainly wasn't crusader chronicles in any meaningful sense. I'm still receiving "accept that I have given up my rights..." messages every bleeding time I DL, despite having spent literally thousands on the App Store over the years, and having requested £5.28 in refunds, both for apps that I considered fundamentally mis-sold or broke. (If it's an app I just don't like - all very well!) Anyone else had this - frankly ridiculous - experience? If so, how long did the messages last?
All said and done already, look over yonder: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=265444 After that initial hubbub, I never saw them again. Also no, you are not giving up any rights, see above thread.
