Played it on 4S and it was crashing like crazy. Anyways if you like racing games its worth getting for just 1 dollar.
Even with you're bolding, you completely missed the point. Here's an article that might explain it better for you. Take note of the last paragraph in particular and that support for older operating systems will no longer be a requirement come February and will purely be at the developers discretion. http://www.macworld.com/article/2080865/apple-requiring-app-submissions-to-be-optimized-for-ios-7-by-feb-1.html And that doesn't even rule out the obvious implication that Apple is heavily leaning towards making it a requirement at a future date. Feel free to bold any bit of that as well. You might want to consider the wider implications of what Apple is pushing towards first and learn to accept seeing a lot more of "requires iOS 7" in app descriptions.
I didn't miss anything. You said it yourself: support for older systems is at the developers discretion. Namco could have opted to include support for iOS 6, but they chose not to. Anyway, I don't want to send this thread askew. I simply pointed out that requiring iOS 7 is a deal-breaker for me.
@habakuk I was just giving you a hard time. Yes speaking in the 3rd person would be considered arrogant. Although the fact that English isn't your native language you is doin more better then most us Mericans.
Dealbreaker for me two. I like playing old basic games anyway, however, ridge racer has always been a favorite

Sad day. AppStore is terrible at times. awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #34 awp69, Mar 20, 2014 What's sad is that this was released as freemium on Android at the start. Don't know what, if any, balance differences there are between the two. It really was a great game and I didn't think too bad as far as freemiumness. But adding ads is really BS. sink_or_swim Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2012 3,504 5 38 Germany #35 sink_or_swim, Mar 20, 2014 I haven't bought the game, so maybe the ads are only there when you got it for free, I don't know Habakuk Well-Known Member Dec 11, 2008 4,779 9 38 Vienna, Austria http://rossau.wordpress.com #36 Habakuk, Mar 20, 2014 And I was shocked about the bad ratings in the App Stores. Obviously because of crashes on older machines. It isn't THAT bad believe me. Clearly one of the better racers. I wonder if the ads will show up for people who bought it earlier, but does not have it installed. Seriously, at this rate game devs are gonna dig themselves into a black hole. VirtualBoyFreak Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Apr 26, 2011 4,801 85 48 Spain #39 VirtualBoyFreak, Mar 20, 2014 I got it a few hours ago for free and haven't seen any ads either. There's a "more games" tag which takes you to a Namco games page, but I have seen no pop ups... Yet.
