Welcome aboard! Glad you could join our merry little band! Although the default setting is manageable, adding the functionality to further personalize the experience through customization by allowing users to fine-tune the controls would be very helpful.
Welcome Dev ! Enjoying your game very much, but i had to delete and re-install it after i couldn't go on in World3/Level2/Normal. Game quitt and took me back to the homescreen. I did the whole procedure (reboot etc.) Nothing helped. Well, now i'm in exact this level again...but i can't go further. The game quitts and throws me back to the homescreen, again ! Running on iphone5 with latest version. Rebooted with empy task-bar. PS: the layout of the controls are...well, unusual to say it nice, and the game does not multi-task.
Please add the ability to move and resize the buttons. Much preferred in the corners and a tad larger. Thanks and welcome to TA. Kudos on a brilliant game!
I don't get the fuss about the buttons needing to be bigger!? The splash area for the buttons is more than large enough, the size of the button itself doesn't matter, although to be able to personalise their positions would be great. Still I'm well into the game now and the controls haven't bothered me one bit: Love it so far! Deffo reccomend purchasing this gem. P.s the game is worth the price for the chiptune soundtrack alone! It's awesome
I bought the game after the recommendations in this thread, have only played through level one, but I must say that I'm seriously disappointed in some of the choices the developer made for the the iPad. The text is extremely small, so small that I could not read it at all without reaching for my reading glasses, which I hardly ever use. On a screen as big as the iPad, there's no reason at all for the font to be that small. Likewise with the controls, they are about the size of a match head... If it's a bug, I assume the developer is going to fix it in an update, but if it's intentional it's very unprofessional. The controls work kind of okay as the actual input is much, much bigger than the controls you see, but when I don't have a visual input zone, I find that I die often because I try to jump forward, and I end up jumping in the same spot because my finger out of the control zone. It's very annoying.
Actually, I'm noticing now as I progress further into the game that everything is indeed slowing down. I think when there is an increased amount of things on-screen. Quite strange, because at face value there is still really not a whole lot going on graphically at all, and the performance really should not be visibly suffering.
It's the particle effects. It's not an issue on an iPhone 5, but it might be a problem on an iPad 2. You can turn off the effects in the options menu.
There's way more than three of them. Again, I get no slow down on my iPhone 5, but I'm assuming that the option to turn them off is there for a reason.
Well, my point was that the particle effects in this game are minimal compared to other titles that run flawlessly. In any case, I know you're only trying to help, and it's no big deal. I guess this issue is pretty much just the last straw for me here. Generally dull main level gameplay followed by protracted boss fights, is not an appealing recipe even without technical issues.
Somehow you are always getting to that last straw . Whatever. I think there's not a dull bone on this baby, but I guess it's a good thing to put out a wide range of perspectives.
I don't know - I kind of have to agree with him here. The gameplay feels a bit uninspired, especially after the jet pack section, which was great. But other than that, it's just jumping and avoiding dying, with no other mechanics to improve that, or make it more compelling. That and the slowdown in the levels I'm playing are making me consider deleting the game. Do things pick up later on? I'm on like the third level after the first boss battle...
Hi the app crash at lvel 3-2 can ´t play even in safemode. It´s a legal buy not a downloaded game. I m playing on iphone5 anyone got this issue?
I think I've found what causes this crash bug. An update will be published in the next days, depending on how fast Apple's review process is. Sorry for the inconvenience!
