Creative new spin on a tired genre. This title carves out a genre of it's own to become a new beast. It is an interesting mix of the tower defense and shooting genres. Towers are not stagnant and can constantly be manipulated around the screen to best control the enemy wave. Enemy waves come through the stage in different formations that is shown at the beginning of that wave. The graphics of all of the enemies are oozing charm and I feel the tone of the artwork goes great with the soundtrack. The music is charming and I had no reason to turn sound off whilst playing (I generally play no game with sound on). Another great thing is that the developer has been chatting with the people on Touch Arcade's forum. He has been very responsive on future plans and updates to the game - so you know that the purchase now will promise more content in the future. I would just ask a high score board be implemented through GameCenter as well as some achievements for added replayability. My TA username is the same as my iTunes username.

I’ve never seen anything like this. The piano soundtrack is also great. The possibility of moving the towers around is another difference from the standard TD games. Some may think that it takes away some of the challenges present in a standard TD game. But for me this game is still pretty challenging and addictive. The only thing I miss is the GameCenter support."

Updated review for this version as Nicky of name: First of all, to make a game stand out from it's hundreds of thousands counterparts in the store, the screenshots are important. In this case, we can see clearly a game that has white and black cartoony graphics. That itself shows us this is something different! I won't go into details of gameplay since others before me already reviewed that. Suffice to say, a game that dares to be different and actually promises to deliver more, that is a great game in my book.

Also, something unique; the graphic! which is the black and white cartoon-sketch style! Its pretty attractive to me. All in all, i really recommend this game to those who love TD games. It really worth the try and ofcourse, addictive. I also want to say thanks to the devs for making the update, cause i feel more comfortable and nicer gameplay. I'm looking towards the next update from you guys, especially the GameCenter support. thanks.

I really enjoy how the bgm and the art style mesh together almost seamlessly and makes me feel somewhat nostalgic. The gameplay is quite smooth and natural. Although I would like a bit more instruction when first starting the game.��
