Dudes almost 60 and has cancer issues, I'd say he looks pretty decent. It's called old age, no one is immune to getting old.
Something about that picture looks off but it's well known he's been in a declining state of health for years. A combination of cancer and vegetarianism is not going to lead to a healthy build for someone in their declining years. Even though I doubt he'll be alive in another 5 years the legacy he's built with Apple and Pixar will live for generations to come.
