    Hi guys,

Is the SUBJ possible? Some time ago I read several articles filled with this issue but as far as I remember it is not possible to return an app which you already have and you got it in time.
The reason is that I got MagicSleep (3.99 USD) which does not work. The sound stops after 15-20 mins, even less than the lite version. Many people left a 1 star review for this (as I saw in external site, the appstore for my country had no reviews for it and I liked the lite version, I would never think sound playing may be an issue), it is impossible to contact the developers, email returns undelivered. They have a note there tho [NOTE - Timeout error with iPhone OS 3.1 has been fixed. Thank you for your patience!], just that nothing is going on, no update nor anything.
I seriously don't care about the money, I just do not want to support developers like this.
    Thanks for your comments!

    P.

Go find the item in your purchase history (under your account) and click on the Report A Problem button, ask for your money back and explain the problem.

I've gotten two refunds from Apple.

Same here. I've never had a problem with getting a refund back for an app (or other) that had a problem.

Does the app stay on your device after the refund?

    Hi,

I purchased Nanny Mania, but the app doesn't work...so I reported a problem to Apple (this is my first time doing it)

After I clicked send, a message appeared saying something along these lines: 'To resolve problems with this app, you need to contact the developers'
What does that mean? Has anyone else come across this? Is this a standard message you get when you report a problem with an app?

    Thanks

You will need two forms of identification, the app must still in it's original packaging, otherwise you may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

If you would like to exchange your app for the same app, there will be no charge.

Create an RMA for your item
Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can create an RMA online,or request one from Customer Service.
Send the product to Steve Jobs
Once your RMA is issued, you can print a UPS shipping label from our web site!
Box up the item you’re returning and send it to:
    App Return
    ATTN: [Steve Jobs]
    1 Infinite Loop
    Cupertino, CA 95014
If you choose not to use our UPS shipping label service, we recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
Your RMA is Received and Approved
You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility.
You’ll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
    RMA Resolution
If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You’ll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed apple order.
If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank’s policies for making the funds available to you.
The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).

if you are still reading this, I'm sorry...... I'm an asshole.

You are an asshole, but fortunately, I didn't have to read the whole message... that fact was clear from the first 2 sentences :D
