I have experienced same type of problem with Crying Suns that seemed like the license given to HumbleBundle.
Actually, I did that already, and sent a screenshot last night, brerlappin. It clearly shows the purchase date, cost, and the tax. It doesn’t actually show my name in the screenshot, though. However, I didn’t send it to the same email address as you, and thank you for including the email that you sent it to in your post. The only email address that I could find on their website was [email protected]. I still haven’t heard anything back.
I did hear back, and the developer was kind enough to provide a code upon receipt of the purchase history page. I would have liked the situation to be handled a bit better, though, without the need to reach out. The developer is indeed aware of this issue, and hopefully, an update will eventually be issued to make it easier for other prior owners of the game.
