Request to add a thumbs up/thumbs down vote commenting

It seems to work pretty well on other sites and I think it would help keep the comments relevant to the topics. Hopefully it would cut down on the trolls and anti-trolls responding to the trolls which add more unnecessarily clutter to the thread.
