Star Wars Ep1 anybody?

On an unrelated note, I have to freaking get this game!

 

+1. Has a pod racer vibe from the screenshot. Def a good addition and I love the idea of the game featuring a range of environments.

If you like hovercraft outdoors, check out Ground Effect. Long lost in the App Store, this game combined great/easy controls, BIG jumps, Ridge Racer style of moving up from the back of the pack and precision driving needed to beat the top times (the designer's son was active on the forum and set the best times if I recall).

LOVING Repulze and can't wait for the new additions!!! And love Reckless Racing - both of 'em

 

Wowzers, the pictures remind me of Star Wars Pod racing, one of my favorite games on the pc!!!! Now I am really looking forward to that!

Thanks for the update, glad to hear the controls are going to be fine tuned a little, with that, this game will be totally awesome! This is one of my favorite games on hdmi tv right now, and I really look forward to the new additions.

I have to say that screen shot is awesome and could you please just tell us if there will be racing at all or if its strictly time trials this would clear the air and make more people buy the game if there not time trial fans. Cause this game is awesome.

So, I haven't read through the whole thread. I was Contemplating purchasing this game (my itunes account overfloweth) until I read that the player is the ONLY vehicle on the track? ...and yet I see the positive revews by TA members. Is this like playing Wipout in time trial mode only?

 

Yes that's pretty much it.

 

Syfy or science channel is/had a special of the show with all the cast member.

Also watch the show castle on abc because Nathan fillion is castle.

 

BUG REPORT: I was able to play Sky Town before Veteran rank(I'm currently a Specialist). It still has the question marks and says Veteran Rank is required, but I can still tap on it and play it like any other map.

 

That and there are red/blue games for polarity, you have to get 3 same colored in a row. So like a timed wipeout ski slalom I guess. Really fun though. I'm playing more on my tv than nfs most wanted, asphalt 7, or real racing. That says something I figure. But controls need a little tweaking. But developer says that's in the works.

Why people whining about not having other competitors in game?
Is that really bad thing!? Think once again... in most racing games I have played, stupid AI of other cars (or whatever) just bothers me. And in most cases you left others in first round so you drive alone anyway.

Now -> of to buy this game

The phase updates are free. The devs have said that they'll probably increase the price when the phase update hits.
