In past i write 2 Times at Camouflaj costumers support, and they always reply me..today morning i receive an e-mail from them that Now that ep 3 it's out they work on PC,MAC version for KS backers, and they had lot of work..maybe it's for that, try to contact them on Twitter, they're active on twitter: @Camouflaj @Republique
Just finished Episode 3, here are my thoughts (Full Spoilers Ahead): Spoiler The Republique storyline and world remains as thought provoking and fascinating as it always was, and the stealth gameplay is still enjoyable, though Hope's AI flaws still can bring the game down sometimes. I liked the introduction of gas mines to set traps for the Prizrak. Unfortunately, their introduction came pretty late in the episode, and I never really got the chance to use them to their max potential since two of them were stolen from me. I really hate how the masked Prizrak throw gas grenades upon spotting you immediately. It gives you no chance to run or even use a pepper spray/taser. I thought these were unfairly designed. They don't even miss. It even glitched out on me at one point, since I managed to hide in a locker just as a Prizrak threw one at me. This caused the game to not return me to the confinement room because Hope hadn't been knocked out, yet I couldn't tap to go anywhere. I had to quit and restart at the last save point to fix this. I liked seeing just how easily Mattie was able to rig the system to bring down anyone she didn't like. The parts where you had to create a fake headline were interesting, if intentionally morally repulsive. It made me feel as though Mattie was manipulating Hope for her personal gain. I also liked finding out that Hope had a love interest, though I might have missed this from an earlier episode. It made her motivation to escape that much more relate-able. The twist ending was great, and it'll be interesting to see how the game changes from here on out. That said, I thought the last moment of the episode was kind of cliched. I didn't like the way the world was laid out. Compared to the elegance of the Library, this felt like a step back in terms of level design. Finally, I was disappointed that I lost my entire save game once again upon starting the episode.I forgave you the first time since it was the first time anyone had to work out technical issues of adding new episodes to the app, but now it's really frustrating, since I didn't have anywhere near the amount of items I needed to survive. I liked that I could go back and search for stuff that I missed, but it looks like that won't be the case after this point, based on the episode's ending. Overall, I felt this was the weakest episode yet. It felt shorter than the first two episodes, and I felt that there was less gameplay in this one compared to story, where previous episodes balanced the two well. Still, my hopes are still up for the remaining two, with enough unanswered questions to keep me playing. If I had to rank the episodes so far, it would be 2,1,3.
Spoiler There are still doors all over the place that require Omni Level 5 to access, so I don't think we are done with these locations in the next episode.
Playing Episode 2 is very frustrating. I have to be half way through it & went to finish it off today to find it to say download episode 2. So I did. It's sitting at 80% it's not finishing & if & when it does I sure hope my game progress was saved. Anyone have this issue? Purchased & played episode now says to download & when you do it sits at 80% Thanks
Have you updated to the latest version of the game? The previous version was sticking at 80% when downloading episode 2 for many players including me.
Yeah I'm always up to date. I opened up a little extra space just in case, did a hard reboot & tried again. It sat at 80% for about 5 mins then play showed up. Voila my game progress was there too. So all good except what a pain. I hope I don't have to do this over & over when I want to play the rest of the episodes. I just finished episode 2. I was 99.9% complete a lot farther along that I had thought. So happy my progress was saved. Thanks for the quick response - thank gosh I had good news to report. Cheers
Krisko6 - did you find all of the Zager tapes in EP3? I've got 3 but the last 2 are somewhat elusive! Currently on 98% completion.
Now got 4/5 too. Came across the 4th randomly when in Control. It wasn't glinting or anything. Checked all cameras in that room for ages beforehand so you mustn't be able to see it.
Know it's been awhile since ep 2 came out, but need some help finding a Zager tape in that ep. I've found one in the archives, one in the librarian's office and two in the museum (one in the security room and one in the podium). Does anyone know where that last tape is?
As far as I remember one should be in the locker (near stairs from third to first floor that you open at the end of episode). But I can be wrong since played it few months ago.
Enjoying episode 3 but I keep getting stuck with the face mask prizraks. Will somehow get the girl into a position where the guard thinks he sees her but can't grab her so he stands there doing nothing and everywhere I tap I just get a red circle-slash. It won't even let me surrender the girl to him in order to move the game forward, so I have to pull the game out of memory on my iPad and relaunch it from the last checkpoint. Is this happening to anybody else?
Does anyone know what this personal cassette player is used for? I found it while exploring, but it doesn't appear to do anything.
You use it to listen to the Zager tapes, so you don't have to keep backtracking to each chapter's Zager hideout. In case you haven't done so yet, you have to make it in the Archives printer (the level 3 door in the Pacific server is a shortcut that'll take you there).
Is Control the area after the two servers? If so, where in control did you find that tape? Edit: nvm found it.
Ah, thanks - I did visit the 3D printer but I thought it was a bug at the time, and that it was going to create the key again from the previous episode, so I quit out of it. I've done it now.
