Quite curious, I'm using the iPad mini and I tend to have irregular crashes but it's still playable BTW: Episode 3 , Zeroes and Ones will be coming October 23rd (next week IRC) according to PG
@The Outlander:yeah,Ep 3 Coming 23 October,there's a bunch of photos and a teaser of the Ep on Camouflaj site..but after every game update and after every new episode launch the game it become a mess..iCloud problem,save lost,making off not working,problem for play new episode,and so on..I love this game,so I hope eventually will be fixed properly.. http://www.camouflaj.com/
Hmm, I'm debating whether I should start the whole game from scratch, ready for episode 3 next week. I'm reluctant to spend hours playing the game again only to have my progress wiped out next time they release an update.
So, I completed episode 1 again, and now the game won't allow me to download episode 2. It just gets to 80% downloaded, then pauses for a few seconds and reverts to "download" every time. The game is excellent, but the technical issues have been infuriating throughout.
Yeah,lot of problems..and the fact that 23 October came out Ep3,and they launch the 3 episodes on Android,can be an issue too,I mean,they need to fix lot of problems first,focused on this,instead of release for other platforms,then when everything work,launch it on other platforms..problem with icloud saves,let's the users play each episode continue with same save,be able to play every Ep..infact they write you need Ep 2 in order to play Ep 3..I'm already scared that when download Ep 3,I can't play 1,2 Ep.. @Candykiller:I think the best think it's delete the game,reinstall,download part of Ep 2(without play it)then you can play Ep 1,and then Ep 2,already installed,and play so it continue to download and unpack additional data..but I start to think that the best way it's play after all 5 episodes are out..I know it's a pain wait so long..
I have already tried that several times. It doesn't matter which order I try to download episode 2 in the current version, it just reaches 80% then skips back to "download" again. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice again this morning, and it is retaining my game progress for episode 1, but it simply won't let me download episode 2, no matter what I do.
I read on Twitter you're not the only one,lot report to Camouflaj same issue,hit 80%,then nothing,now you know why I'm not happy for Ep 3 and Android version this week,they had to fix all the problem this game have,once for all,then eventually they can focus on new Ep and others platform..
Hopefully they will release a fix ahead of episode 3, otherwise most of us will have no way of playing it.
This update is in preparation for Ep 3, but it is still locked until the new episode is available in two days. The good news is that my game progress is intact after the update, and Ep 2 is now downloading without a problem. So far, so good.
Yeah,its not out,they say our saves was not showed but still here.. update address Ep 2 failed download at 80%, cause ep 3 needs ep 2 installed..if im not wrong...they reintroduced the 4 making off? Or it write'coming soon"?now I'm at work,8 hours from the update..
Can I download ep 3 without having ep 2 downloaded I don't have a lot of space so it be helpful to know
Nope,if you read the updated description of the app it clearly say:episode 2 require for purchase/play episode 3..
My saved game disappeared Hi, I haven't played the game for a while and after installation of new update I do not see any of my saved games (100% completed Ep 1 and Ep 2 btw). Is there any way how to fix it??
It might be helpful to know that there's probably a lot of environment data/assets in the Episode 2 package that get used in Episode 3. That would make the requirement to have Episode 2 downloaded understandable.
