@oldsnake, i didn't finished episode 1 either as to many games to played right now i guess the only way to do it is to erase the whole app and reinstall it again(this time you may redownload episode 2 as well but do not play it). hope it works
We are in same ways,I've only installed,but I've lot of games to play right now like you,on iOS,and PS3,PS4.. What a mess delete the game and installed again Ep 2 without play,cause there isn't a start a new game
Well, even though I finished Episode 1, I didn't have everything collected. And when I started Episode 2, I'm in a room that I don't remember being put in. So, it feels kind of disjointed. I really do hope I can go back and try to collect the rest of the items in Episode 1, or else this game really just should've been separate apps. If I can't go back within the game, I may just stop playing and wait for it to arrive on the Mac App Store or Steam.
In Episode 2 you start in the same room and situation where the story ended in Episode 1. You still have access to everything in Episode 1 within Episode 2, so you can continue to collect any items you missed from the original locations.
You can go back just go back out of the library and through the scanner. I've been back twice looking for stuff.
But it's possible that a game doesn't have "start a new game" like all the other games?we still need to go back from Ep 2 for finish to collect books/cartridge from Ep 1? I e-mail Camouflaj for this cause sound too weird,every user had to have the possibility to play from the start 1000 times,no matter what!

Tap the "Play" button on the first screen (the triangle, first panel at the top-left) and it takes you to the screen I posted in the screenshot. You have to go past these screens before you even access the Episode 1 and 2 panels.
If you tap on one of the five screens that say "New Game" then you should be able to start a new game.
I purchased this game as soon as it came out, this game does have outstanding visual effect but I couldn't find anything else outstanding. The game looks really stupid especially when the guard is only 1 meter away but still walk slow and talk to his phone "we got a visual"
So I got the season pass when it was super cheap (either 99 cents or 1.99) and since updating I decided to "rebuy" it since I figure hey I already own it, it should just go through (I didn't notice there was a restore purchase option) and I was charged 11.99 again. Would the App Store be able to refund that? Or am I screwed? Edit: turns out a refund is pretty easy when you report an issue with the purchase, just click the link in the email receipt
fiasco Like others, I've had trouble trying to download episode 2. It would only download to 95% before just stopping...eventually I got the entire thing to download. I wasn't charged for episode 2 (I've bought the season pass), but it didn't carry over any of my my episode 1 data...it just says that I have to start with a generic profile. this is lame, and I don't think I'll support anything by these guys going forward.
When you download EP 2,or anything else(making off) it will stop at 95%,but it's ok,it will not go to 100%,when you download EP 2,and hit 95% and after that appear instead of The download arrow,the write"play"tap on Ep 2,it will ask you if you want start the save from ep 2,if you're not finish ep 1,he will warning you to finish ep 1,but if you have already play..then he start unpacking additional data from 95% to 100%,when he finish,answer the call that start with Ep 2,if remain stuck for a minute on this screen delete the Ep 2,and redownloaded,after you answer the call,the cutscene had to start in less than 10,20,30 second,and then it's all fine..hope it help you..
Thanks. Yea, I got it installed after a few attempts. It would just go to 95% and stop. Anyway, my main issue is that none of my profile data carried over. Funny how they never considered it important to make sure that if you delete the app, your profile data doesn't disappear.
I hope they also change the location of the episode downloads. Currently if your device is close to full, that will be the first place it goes and will overwrite it -- losing both the episode and your progress. I'm not playing the new episode until this issue is also resolved (a similar issue was fixed with Jet Car Stunts 2 so it is just a matter of changing the download location).
The game support icloud(savegame storage in icloud)from it's launch day,the problem it's that doesn't work..I hope too for two icloud saveslots..
