Ok, thanks. Just a little confused because before it billed me for ep 2 now i asked for a refund but my account went into overdraft because I didn't have the cash. So all around I got a lot of confusion hehe.

Hopefully it should work now that I got cash in the account.

UPDATE: Aha! It still asks me to pay for season pass but if I restore purchases I can go download the episode 2 and behind the scenes for free. Yay!

You're just given the bigger objectives. You have to explore to unfold clues to get to that point.

Ah, the AI will update the objective about level 2 if you actually walk by that level 2 door. I was right next to it.

Putting the technical issues of the past 24 hours aside, I'd forgotten just how great this game is, and the environments look even more impressive in this episode. Excellent stuff!

Agreed. I'm on an iPad Mini Retina and I LOVE the rain effect on the Library's ceiling. It's even reflects on the marble floor below! It's details like that which immerse you.

By the way, I MUST HAVE THAT LIBRARY IN MY HOUSE.

BTW, in the Library, you'll see patches of potted plants on the floor, about three or four in a group. Hope can hide from Prizrak in there. Found out by accident, they'll help.

you guys are lucky, I wish I could play too... I can't get past the main menu, my season pass isn't recognised this is a nightmare; I restored purchases, "buyed" the season pass again, been notified it was for free as I already had it, so far so good. but the season pass doesn't have that check mark after I enter my itune password, it download nothing, so episode 2 is still labeled unbuyed, can't download it, nightmare. anyone can help me ?

I had to purchase episode 2....even after restoring purchases and 'rebuying' the season pass. Guess I'll be figuring out how to get a refund from iTunes Store today....

It is still saying that I will be charged $14.99, even though I already purchased the season pass all those months ago. Ironically, just before I get to this point, it says that I will not be charged a second time, but when I go to actually purchase, it says $14.99.

Why, oh why, can't things go as smoothly as they went previously with my earlier purchase of The Walking Dead game, where the season pass process worked like a charm for all episodes. Some companies just know how to do things properly, and others don't have a clue what they are doing.

I finally got it to acknowledge that I would not be charged for episode 2. I had to completely remove the game from my device first, though, then re-download from the App Store. It then asked if I would like to download episode 2 for free.

Last time I got double charged for an item, I went to the Apple web site, clicked my way to a live chat with an Apple employee/Agent. Gave him the receipt nr, briefly explained that I got double charged, he asked me a few security questions (if I remember correctly) and my adress info. And refunded me the same day. How the #!?&! I got to the live chat I don't know, Apples site is impossible to navigate when it comes to the support sections.

It wanted to charge me $4.99 for episode 2 before I uninstalled the game, and the only way to acknowledge, and get the episode for free, as part of my season pass, was to completely uninstall the game and reinstall. The simple update process did not seem to work earlier.

The only thing I can suggest, krisko6, is to contact Apple, and indicate that you had already purchased the season pass, and ask for a refund of your episode 2 purchase. Apple is pretty good about resolving things like this, especially if you have your earlier purchase email receipt.

The video camera in the first room in episode 2 doesn't work! It crashes every time I use it. Is there a workaround for this?

I went to Settings, did Restore Purchases (as a precaution) and then clicked on EP 2 and it asked if I wanted to get it for Free. It never once asked to charge me (other of the times. My iPad reset at 95% downloaded. I seem to have a HW issue that triggers the watchdog)

After the carry on with the season pass it finally gave me the game for free. The library is beautiful the prizraks routes are more convoluted there's a lot of lovely rooms round the library. If you liked the first ep. You'll like this. It's finally here and I'm enjoying it! Not that I need it for this but does anyone know how to get a refund?

This happens to me too. Every time! Instant crash when I try to access the camcorder in the first room.

For those who've been asking to get refund if they got mistakenly charged for episode two, some links to official App Store support and refund sites.

First one is most useful one when looking for a quick refund but it's not active in all countries.

Using the second just allows adding in more detail and getting a direct email reply which is a bit more efficient.

    https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

    https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html[/QUOTE]

Whichever option you choose, it will be important to have the receipt order number for the second episode that you got mistakenly charged for and also the receipt order number for your original season pass purchase.

You will get these numbers from the receipts that iTunes emails you (top right corner normally) or you can go iTunes on a pc/mac, go in to purchase history and select the purchase that relates to the season pass and to episode 2.

You can also "report problem" from within there in order to get refund but it essentially just links you to the one of the link I have below but through the iTunes interface rather than a Safari interface.
Using Safari/IE is always quicker with page loading so I generally would recommend that option over doing it through the iTunes interface as especially on a PC, it's just very slow at times.

You can also use your email receipt to report a problem (as Candykiller pointed out below and added the handy image, thanks) and get a refund from there also. It again links to one of the pages I've listed but it is quicker than the iTunes interface.
Do of course always keep those email receipts, you never know when you'll need them.

Heres a link to help find those order numbers in iTunes

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2727

For purchases prior to the past 90 days, use this link and select "purchases, billing and redemption", then select either "the topic is not listed" or "Apple id account billing".

    https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.do

This would be the longest of the processes but it does allow for more detail and in certain countries will connect you with a live support agent.

And just to reiterate, having the purchase order numbers for each relevant purchase, while not essential strictly speaking (a service agent will be able to find them and will be able to view your purchase history if necessary), it will substantially speed up the whole process and ensure a refund comes through quicker. So do please get them for your purchase history.

And obviously enough, only if you had purchased the season pass (whether it was on sale or at full price) prior to purchasing episode 2, will a refund apply.

What a mess this season pass thing is. I click on season pass, get a prompt that I won't be charged again, and then another prompt asking for $18.99. There's no way I'm going to say yes to that. So then I go to restore purchases, but nothing new happens. So I delete the game to see if that will fix things. If it doesn't I will be deleting the game and not bothering any more with it.

The easiest way to get a refund is to click "Report a Problem" below each item on the receipt email you get from Apple. It takes you to a form that relates to the specific purchase, and it just takes a minute to complete.
