Need Some help, guys! Im trying to charge my battery but its not working. I read that you need to be in the brig but wherever I stand, no matter how long I wait, nothings happening. Totally stuck atm....
The charger is usually on the wall by the door in each of the confinement rooms. Hope needs to walk close to it to charge her battery. In OMNI view the charger appears brighter as a point of interest.
Finished the first episode. Great game, even though the end came rather abruptly. So I know people have asked about restoring your Season Pass purchase, but what I want to know is if you can delete the game and still pick up with Episode 2 rather than having to replay. Not sure if anyone can answer that. But would be nice to use that 1.4 GB of space while I'm waiting for the second episode.
I'm pretty sure it works the same way as Telltale's episodic games. You can't delete the first episode because it is built into the core app, but you will be able to delete any of the following episodes once you have completed them, and your progress will be saved.
I understand not being able to delete the first episode by itself. I was talking about deleting the entire app until the second episode comes out and if I will just be able to start playing episode 2 without having to replay Ep. 1.
I just installed the game on my iPhone (I originally completed it on my iPad) and it did detect my save game progress via iCloud. So it should be possible to delete the game completely and when you reinstall it later it should continue from your previous save, allowing you to play episode 2 from where you left off. That should work in theory, but I don't know for sure.

Yup, It's probably best to double-check that Republique is listed and enabled under iCloud settings, then it should be safe enough to delete the game and resume at a later date.
You're reason,going to Setting-ICLOUD-Document and data-enable REPUBLIQUE(if not enable)and Enable Use 3G connection for achieve data on ICLOUD,doing so,when you reinstalling,if you're not on wifi,The save still here..i use a lot this function cause i've 4GB at month from my carrier..
I'm a bit disappointed in the 1st episode. I think in an episodic game everything hinges on the opening ceremony and with the kick starter problems plaguing launch as well as a very sterile 1st chapter I can see a great opportunity missed here. This mob show they can create an atmosphere but the game lacked substance. There was no reason why you were helping her. She could gave been an escaped drug courier yet you blindly find yourself helping a complete stranger you know nothing about. How often does that happen in the real world? The lack of a real plot concentrates all one's attention on the game which is just hide and seek and a very boring rendition of it. Apart from pepper spray you have no real tactics. Why is pepper spray spread all over the place? And having escaped numerous times why do the guards just lock her up in the same cell she keeps escaping from? To sell the rest of the chapters you need a good first impression which I didn't have and I feel many others didn't when reading about them wanting to know if they get their purchase back if they delete the app showing they didn't find it very impressive but bought it because of the sale. Going on this kind of reception I don't think the game will be a success but the devs have shown they can create so maybe they will next time create a good plot and better gameplay.

But i hope can be The answers in Next episodes..but if The others episodes Are only run/hide/avoid guards,in The same enviroments,can be too many repetitive,no tactics,only use a pepper spray,and later you know(spoiler avoided)HOPE it's a prisoner,but a woman can't perform non lethal takedown?and in The enviroments as she find pepper,why don't let her find also knife..i don't want weapons,or at last a stun gun can be good,i hope added this think in NeXT episodes,so everyone can use it's strategy,otherwise if all other episodes Are like The first,it's too repetitive,boring,i'm enjoy The first,a lot,but i feel need some new stuff.. i fear that it's difficult that others episodes came out,on Kickstarter i see backers angry,then they had to' do The Mac version,and do it merchandising for special/limited EDITION of REPUBLIQUE,soundtrack,covers,books,a lot of thinks,a lot of work..
