As we all know the great game already has been ruined by IAPs and energy bars but the thing is that the developers won't be able to keep this system same for too long.

All developers cannot have the same free2play model since everyone wants to bring consumers using different devious ways like greatly decreasing the energy timers (I think that's what Marvel future fight did but not entirely sure) or even completely removing them.Daily bonuses, easier events, etc.

Thing is that some games are pretty suited towards pretty dam brutal monetization system like Taichi panda since it gets a little bit boring after playing it for a long time (I know that it has tabs and other juicy stuff to restore your Fortitude/Stamina but the game still gets kinda boring after a while).

But some are not including torchlight mobile and dungeon hunter 5.

Thing is that Free2play can be done right,so right that consumers will be spending money just to support the developer BUT there must be some alternative way of earning cash except hoping for whales from normal,non-IAP-spending players like ads and other stuff like that.

Dead effect 2 as an instance, this is a great example of a free2play done right (believe me,I'm sure that it will rock and it won't have any paywalls plus it has no energy timers) I'm sure that the developers will find a way to get money from both whales and normal players, that's what free2play has to do to be perfect:

    1) Make sure that system is not brutal, make sure that it is player-friendly,so player-friendly that consumers will spend money as a donation.I'll be willing to spend cash on such games myself.

    2) Don't count on whales, make sure that it gets cash from both whales and normal players by adding subscription or ads or something like that.

    3) Be honest and make sure that the game is actually worth playing, make sure that it is actually fun, don't turn it into a yet-another cash grabbing machine.

Do you, guys, agree with me or not?Feel free to criticize, thanks.
