I've been wondering how to get about getting a refund on the app store. It was in July, but never had a compatibility update and has been long since it was planned. Can I still get a refund, and how?
No idea if you will get one or not might be a bit late but Apple emails you the receipts usually with a report a problem link next to the items you bought.
Let's hope the devs actually folllow through and give an update for compatibility then. But yeah, early july. They said an update was due (if I'm right) in 'september' for compatibility issues with itouch 4 and had some other stuff on it. Not a peep since. Too bad I paid 2 bucks and not just 1 . It's okay. My account got hacked straight after I got order and chaos and I got a refund. I still can't play that game.
Hm... interesting... Yeah sure it's been 3 months since you've purchased the app but considering your circumstances, an exception could perhaps be granted. May I inquire the name of the app and if you have contacted the devs directly? Your condition will have substantially more support if you're given no/unfavorable response or one that reassures your hope.
