I havent seen a thread for this yet. http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=312895487&mt=8 Discuss!
I saw it a while ago but thought it looked kinda lame. Surpirsingly its getting good ratings in the store.
[hqyoutube]J_s3bxFEySM[/hqyoutube] Doesn't show too much. iTunes reviews look fake. When you click on the reviewer's name, you'll see that two of them bought only that developer's games. The real review has 1 star.
Doin' it now. Got this and iZombie by the same dev. Both a buck, so why not? I'll let you know about it in a bit. Also have to update Cooking Star, so may be a few min.
All right, I'll keep this brief. VERY quick impressions, obviously...I only played for about 5 min. It's worth a buck for the novelty of it, and the care and effort put into the game. Must...not...use...word..."polished"...There is a nice little story to it, the art is cartoonish and fun, and there is banjo music playing. There are definite goals to reach, both tilt and touch commands needed, and power-ups. The biggest negative to me, other than repetitiveness, which looks probable, is that there is too much on the screen, and the items are very small. It makes the game look small as a whole. This detracts from the presentation. If you have an interest in the concept, and have an extra buck on your account, you could do much worse.
The art style is nice but the gameplay is kind of shallow- got bored with it after 15 minutes of gameplay
