They didn't do much publicity for this game did they. This is one of the first things I'm hearing about it. Anyways, looked at some reviews, not so good. A lot of people are sayin Ubi just wanted to cash in on the movie comin soon and whipped this up. That sucks cuz I was a huge fan of the original trilogy (didn't like the latest one) so I hope this will be good, but it doesn't look that way.
Nah, you can definitely tell what cell-shaded is, like Borderlands. Not to say they didn't use it for certain elements, maybe. We'll see for sure later today. Hey, Rocketman and Batsy, I want in on this posse.
I don't mean really eccentric definitive cell-shading like Borderlands, but from watching some trailers it looks to me like there is some very subtle cell-shading applied to some objects (mainly character models and horses) EG: there is a very brief glimpse as 0:28 in this video of some soldiers, after the guy says "I know these people!" Their character models look distincly cell-shaded.

Kinda same story here. I picked it up, but have exams for the rest of the week. English and Spanish are gonna be a joke, but I'm need to devote a little time to chem today until I can pop this in. It looks awesome but i'm not sure between this and Modnation. I have to know one thing though, is it just GTA with a western skin?
I wouldn't say so. Similarities, sure, it's gonna borrow from Rockstar's open-world formula, but it's a very different game. MW2 don't carry over, though
Woah woah woah, ModNation? I know they've made it look kinda... swish... in the ads, but seriously, it'd be better off as a Wii game. Beyond the customization it's a pretty average and uninteresting racing game.
Yea but I just loved Mario kart so much when I had an n64, I've been eager to have another kart racer.
