Not true. Kemco is a publisher, so It depends on the developer. I’m not a big fan of the Exe-Create games (like Asdivine Hearts), but there are plenty of titles by other developers that are worth checking out. My absolute favorite is Djinn Caster. If you like tactical RPGs, there’s also Tears Revolude and Legna Tactica.
