Not exactly anything new, but some photos of the iPad version and something about it being out before the end of August. Let's hope that's true... We could use some more help making sure the EA dudes stays off of the top spots on the leaderboards. http://www.iphonefreak.com/2010/08/deliverace-becomes-reckless-racing-out-before-september.html
It looks like more of those same photos are at the source site: Pocket-lint http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/34804/ea-mobile-reckless-racing-ipad
They should be more careful saying this kind of words. They dealing with us - players, buyers. If this is another empty words, i'll not buy this game - boycott ! clock is ticking... 18 days left
Doesn't make much sense to me, if they didn't bring in EA then the game probably would of been out months ago and now EA is supposedly calling the shots and the the game just sits around not collecting money.. I obviously don't know all the details but if it were my game I would want it on the app store collecting money and not sitting around collecting dust. Just my thoughts
Perhaps, but the EA brand will probably mean that this game will make FAR more of a splash when it does come. Casual players who have never even heard of TA will probably hear of it and with the budget EA has, I'd imagine there will be a bigger PR push too. Also: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=404332 There's mention of 'iPad games' in the schedule, maybe we'll find out more today?
They'll make so much more money with EA than by themselves. If they published by themselves and it turned out like Jet Car Stuns (amazing game, not too many sales), I think they'd be pretty ticked. So I'm pretty sure its worth the wait for them.
lol...thanks, but I already posted that link back on 8/12/2010... http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=1245414&postcount=1336
