agreed reckless racing is a terrible name. its like they thought about it for three minutes and decided to go with the first thing that popped in ther head. Couldnt be more generic sounding if they tried.
Any reason why it couldn't be called Reckless Racing: Deliverace? or Deliverace: Reckless Racing? And where is it!!! Arrrrgh! I keep looking out for this everyday now!
I guess we shouldn't get it then, even though none of the core gameplay has changed...it was probably over copy write issues, seeing how there is a movie called Deliverance, but whatever...
When this game will be release??? In video sayd, that it will be out spring 2010! But it's not on my device!!!
Yeah you're probably right I guess it's a really great idea to go with a totally generic unoriginal name rather than try to come up with something better. It's a good move to balance the good graphics and gameplay with a shitty title.
Here's to hoping the gameplay is a little quicker and able to maintain more excitment than the development and wait for this game.
Game looks awesome! I don't really care about the name. I will eventually be buying it. I really think the new name is more descriptive to say what the game is about though. Deliverace could just as well mean a paperboy clone or pizza delivery game . Deliver Ace would have probably worked too unless it is already used. Up until reading a few posts back... I also thought this game was deliverance. DeliverAce would have helped to distinguish the difference.
The more I think about the title, the more I think that maybe it would be a good idea to name it Reckless Racers instead. It's quick, catchy, and seems a little more natural to me for some reason than "Reckless Racing".
