Wondering? Wondering about that myself, does anyone know when adjusting the sensitivity bar to the left subtracts handling & moving it to the right increases handling?
That's precisely what it does. I kinda wish the 'handling' was split up into "grip" and "handling", because there have been instances when I wanted more of one, but not the other. But then I set handling sensitivity to about 70% and now it works a lot better.
Ok thanks, I'm trying to find the right balance for handling sensitivity right now. Far too frequently I go into a curve & slow down, hit the brakes & the cars back end fish tails costing me a valuable second or two.
Ok, I'm doing the final cup right now. Won everything so far (autodifficulty). There's one thing that really irritates me: basically the 3 other AI cars try their hardest to slow me down by crashing so that the fastest AI car can get far ahead. It's just stupid. At this point I'm driving the best car upgraded to the max so a small bump from another car pretty much ruins the race. Funny how the other cars never crash into the fastest AI car. Maybe he's too fast for them?
That's been happening to me quite a few times, like you said 1 bump from another car can ruin the race or do like I do restart, restart, restart.
Damn, I barely won the final cup. Another car rammed the fastest AI on the last lap (right after I had complained about their behaviour here ). Restarted quite a few times on all the races. Tector V2-R is a beast with full upgrades.
Got the game today and played for a few hours. 5 stars+ IMHO. Feels very much like the original and the cars and upgrades make a difference. I like how the cars control differently and I'm enjoying learning how to handle and drive well with the car/setup I have. Game is polished to a shine and will be on my phone for a lonnnnng time.
Chocolate or vanilla? Cashews or peanuts? Steak or chicken? Clearly chocolate, peanuts and steak are superiour. Clearly. As is this game over Death Rally. Now you know.
I wish I skipped on this game. Definitely not worth the asking price and the controls were better in the first game.
Bought the game and finished the first 3 tournaments. Am I the only to hate the aggressive/obstructive AI and misleading paths (inadequately) marked by blue cones?
I actually had the same thing about twice, but ONLY when I noticed the assist arrow facing in the same direction as the blue path. I kept turning into them. Otherwise no, I don't mistake them for actual paths. ^^
Polarbit. The name in brackets in the title is the one you would be able to find it under in the App Store.
I'm wondering...are there courses later in the game that use the same map as earlier courses but have the blue comes moved to change the layout?
Yes. If you look at the track the highlighted part is what you race on. Many races are just smaller sections of larger tracks.
