Look at the title of this thread. I took the liberty of doing some calculation on the amount of IAP they gave out to reviewers and previewers. From what i could find in movies and clips on you tube i took: 50.000.000 race credits = € 899 70.000 gold. =€ 6299 DISCLAIMER!- This is not what was used in TA plays,they had the same amount of credits and gold we all get! Sorry neo,i too didn't recognize the sarcasm^^.
I have decided to start a boycott of EA games to force EA to take out the wait timers from Real Racing 3. I urge all of you not to buy EA products until they change. Hate to do this, but I am hoping they will take the wait timers out before the US release. Sometimes you have to make a stand in the sand. I will no longer support EA unless they take the wait timers out of Real Racing 3. It is sad to completely destroy. Such a game that had so much potential. I urge all of you to support this cause. Down to wait timers!!!!!
After the first frustration, Real Racing 3 became my favorite iPad App! Really! Drive clean an accurate, be patient at the first 2 hours and get fast your 2nd and 3rd cheaper car. Till now, I paid 0,00ct, but had lot´s of fun!

OF COURSE they are going to 'tweak' the timers. That is what this retarded, insulting soft launch was all about. "Just how far can we push these idiots?" The whole thing stinks to high heaven, and it is too late for them to fix it. Does anyone seriously believe that they would see these threads and actually consider a $19.99 buyout price to remove all timers? Nope, because they still want to milk us for MORE. The entire game was designed around this bullshit, this started with TripleTown and we should have stopped timer IAP in its dirty tracks then. All that remains to be seen now is whether or not reviewers have the BALLS to call this game what it is - an insulting ripoff. I think by the ruthless censorship we've seen here on the forum that question has already been answered as far as TA goes...
For that we needs the help of all iOS and regular gaming websites out there to bash the model. I dont know whats holding them up. Are they waiting for invitation from president?

Yes, it is always fun to stand in the sand with a picket sign saying, "Boycott EA, down to wait timers in Real Racing 3!" But principle is principle. So it is ok.
If you guys were looking forwardto this game, I would still give the U.S. version a try. If the game is a rip off, then there are ways to get IAP free. though I think it's wrong to cheat developers, when they try to abuse there consumers then they deserve it. Maybe they will even have a free legal way to get iap for free, like tapjoy. I wouldnt count on it though.

Illegal, theft, immoral, wrong. Everybody may hate iap but company's have a legal right to make a profit through this means. To endorse or promote hacking, which is quite simply theft, not cheating, its theft, is just.... you know what, I won't use the words I was going to as I'm sure that kind of language would get one banned as well. Good luck in your future endeavours, I hope you never have to experience someone putting their hand in your pocket and stealing your wages. Although that might give you some perspective as to what exactly you're endorsing there.
There is indeed something simular to tapjoy present to earn some gold. In fact,the first time i started it up it immediatly asked me if i wanted to watch a commercial and earned me 10 gold. If you go to the IAP page there's a free button in the gold section,mostly things like visit our website,surveys and stuff like that. Not worth my time,but if you're into tapjoy the option is there.
