It's barely hyperbole. I fully admit that I can be bought if the price is right.

I think this is a deliberate design decision imparted to further gobble up your real money. Make the track smaller and you'll need to spend more on repairs.

Cunning, deceitful, anti-consumer BS if you ask me.

Mate, after 2 hours, you will come to realize there is an even bigger flaw in the game. The TSM - Time Shifted Multiplayer. I won't explain again why it is a flaw. Read the previous pages.

I have got 3 cars and can change my device time easily so waiting is no issue.

Nonsense. You really think EA designed a game from the bottom up with a F2P model thoroughly ingrained from the get-go to combat the iOS 6.0 jailbreak and the piracy that follows? You know this game has been in development longer than the last three generations of devices have been on the market, right?

This is an offensive cash-grab, not a defensive anti-piracy tactic.

The funny thing is, everybody here hating is going to download and play it. EA wins either way.
    You wanna be heard?
    Don't download it, boycott it!
Expose the unfair business practices of this new generation of gaming, spread the word to the nether-regions of the Internet!

The impressions so far have been unpleasants so I will not be downloading this game, and you don't have to either.

    Occupy EAstreet

That's cute, most people outside of this community see you as the problem. Especially with your "shitfarter" remarks.

Add this to the list (said by Eli in full):

Tegra 4 seems to be some awesome tech that'll likely be totally wasted on Android shitware just like Tegra 3.

I want to believe, but fool me once, shame on you, fool me four times and I run out of idioms to use.

Interesting how a brand new member digs through TA forums to find a thread months old to find an obscure reference like that...hmmm....

Its equal to the same thing.
    Both are theft.

He wasn't talking about that, at all. He was merely saying that doing this for anti-piracy reasons is bogus cause it is easier and quicker to hack the game for unlimited currency than it is to get a pirated version of a paid game.

I understand, I wasn't attacking you, so sorry if I gave that impression.
I was simply pointing out that it is theft, that's all.
It is an issue and it is something I am strongly opposed to so it is the illegal act itself that makes me angry and that my attack would be against.
It wouldn't be against you at all.
I just have a very clear insight into it and the damage, both long term and short term, that it does to the industry.
So, again sorry if it seemed I was attacking you, I wasn't.

You know, it really depresses me to see the peer-pressure equivalent of censorship at work in this thread when you look through the past ten pages and see the same 8-10 names appear consistently within a page or two of each other, and that you can't even mention it other than to vent frustration at the travesty taking place.

Ten people carrying on a discussion is not a global voice indicative of the entire TA community's opinion. Not is it any fair way to judge the entire spectrum of Gamer opinions.

I would implore those who have been posting since the thread came up to take a freaking break so we can get fresh opinions and perspectives on RR 3 without them getting buried behind a page's worth of the same flame war runaround before they even hit Submit. It's not fair to those who WANT to say something without becoming forgotten behind thirty posts of the same opinions thrown back and forth at each other.

I'll go cry in the corner now at how cruel, ignorant, bigoted and fearful those few TA folks are acting right now, and I wish I could name names without being labeled "HATER!" It also doesn't help my case that I'm trying to be polite, and am just trying to phrase this stuff as a desperate request for a reprieve from those exact same stifling opinions and thoughts that have already been brought out and discussed to death, Ressurrection, second death, lather, rinse, repeat ad infinitum, to exaggerate. I refuse to name names also because I'm not a policeman and have no intention of being one, and nobody's overtly breaking the TA rules of conduct... yet. I'm not a moderator, so I wouldn't know.

To those simply trying to be rational, honest and modest in this thread and struggling to have a fresh exchange of thoughts and ideas (I wish I knew who you are) I feel your frustration. I just wish I could keep a freaking handle on my own instead of bubbling all of it out over this most likely already-forgotten post.

Bon Voyage, RR 3 thread. You could have been a thread that changed the world with enlightened discussion that held truth to be the divining rod, not HAET HAET RAEG RAEG. Instead, you got drowned in the same few folks slinging the same dirt at the same subjects over and over again, like a toddler in a sandbox. Any usefulness you could have been to anybody has exponentially decreased with the more dirt that gets slung, while the older kids with the Tonka trucks can't even get a scoop for themselves without being sprayed with clumps of putrid earth themselves.

Yes, there are a plethora of folks who don't post every single page. They are still clouded over by the folks who do. Am I overreacting? Probably. And like any overreaction, it has a trigger, described above.

Just... Give it a break, guys. Let some new folks carry the discussion forward. Be nice to the folks waiting to get a word in edgewise. They'll probably shock and surprise you, and get you to think.

I have no authority to do anything other than to state what I have said. Let others take a look at it and make their own judgements as to their next course of action, if this isn't buried once again by the clamor of seagulls crying "MY thread, NOT YOURS! GO. AWAY. AND. NEVER. COME. BACK."

If this was a challenge to see if folks were able to insert themselves into a closed and stale discussion and everybody treated it that way, then I'd be less upset, because the situation would be different. But this is not the case in this thread, as far as I can see.

I have nothing more to say.
