They are proving not to be a serious company. They don't update facefook but they check it everyday. Last night they deleted a post by a guy complaining about them... Isn't it obvious that it's better to keep your customers happy?

I'd say a 'serious' company would be getting on with the job at hand, rather than talking about what they should be doing.
I know but they just have to say something like: "Hello fans, RR3 will go live before itunes lockdown" 1 release date post on FB or whatever only takes 20 seconds you know! A 'serious' company keeps their costumers happy! I'm beginning to think they can't deliver what they promised a bazillion times: Release date BEFORE 2013
