I remember someone earlier in the thread mentioning about the Autocross times of the CPU players in Silverstone. The most I can get with a fully upgraded car in that series is just 45s. And the CPU times are all 35s. This has happened to me more than once and it means I won't be able to 100% complete that series. Are there more people with this problem? PS: I see that some of you are listed as "gold" competitors on my TSM for one of this event (Silverstone autocross). So definitely it doesn't affect everyone.
Would effected it much at all, i gone off track and really slows me slow down unless im lucky and manage to find some tar mack
But KillyBilly in one of these autocross event you are listed as GOLD on my list. Which means you won it...? Oh an by the way with the McLaren I can get to 41.8s max. In the lower classes nothing more than 45s from me. ANd that is by ddriving on the limit. 10 odd seconds is no joke here.
So its just me who has reservations? Try skipping the final chicanes at Suzuka and Spa. Will shave off whole seconds off your final time.
I not tryed it myself but also remember by skipping the final chicane you will take damage to your car, also we have no idea how the program works out your time and then submits it to the server it says the best time but i wonder. I manage to beat many a player on the suzuka Circuit yet every a hour doesnt go by when i look at the TSM and its full of same players to beat again...can you offer any comments on this Racer 007?
just a side note seems Oil changed has been changed again now to change oil on BMW only around 4mins wasnt something like a hour or so?
Oh yeah this happened yesterday or the day before. Regarding your above comment, I have nothing to say. Not really into TSM with friends at full speed. I'm playing cups with the Audi and Porsche ad virtually none of the 30 odd guys on my friend list have made it there.
The Audi and the Porsche group throws up a new style racing. I find racing in the Audi i simply cant catch a none upgrade Porsche due to its speed often have a AI fly past me yet, this reminds me of the Group Classes you get in Sport Cup series the A and Bs groups for now i just have to stick with it watch out for a flying Porsche lol untill get in the cash before i step up and by a Porsche in the myself.
I think the most balance car (between speed and handling) so far in the game is the Porsche 911 4.0. The Audi LMS Ultra has got superb handling, and the MP412C has got superb acceleration and speed, but they are both on the extreme ends of the scale.
I had a consistent crash issue like that. Took another car, did some upgrades or repairs or a race ( can't really recall) in order to make the game save and all worked fine again.
Nope, nothing to do with servers and Game Center. I played the game from the start on my 4S last night while my wife was playing FieldRunners 2 on the iPad. When she was done I copied the Documents folder from my 4S onto my iPad via iExplorer (I checked the iPad prior to copying and it was starting from them beginning). I checked my iPhone this morning having made huge progress on my iPad and the iPhone was still just telling me my Focus had been delivered (my 2nd car), which is where I left it when I copied the Documents folder across to the iPad.
The consequences are taking damage to your car. If you cut across grass you lose speed and cause damage to the underside of your vehicle. If people want to cut a corner for the sake of a few extra quid which they'll only end up using to fix the repairs as a result, then let them.
Any good on iPhone 4 Hi guys, How does this game run on the old iPhone 4, is it still pretty smooth? I have a feeling the IAPs will ruin this game, but I'll need to wait for the uk release and try it out then. Also, what are the cars and tracks like? Cheers
Fourth car: Porsche 911 GTS 4.0 Then going for the plain GTS since I will benefit from the 20% discount of the showcase.
The problem with that though is they speed up the TSM for people who dont cut the corner then in turn end up causing you to cut the corner to keep up kind of thing. Anyone getting ridiculous low times to compete against in the V8 muscle hustle (Flag Racing Motorsport Carnival which is the 8th series) in the autocross at Silverstone?
Read the past twenty or so pages .... repair timers have been dramatically reduced. Progress is fine without spending real money.
This is a confirmed bug. Me and two other guys are having it too. But it seems to not afflict everyone. FOe what its worth, I'm running on 1.0.0 (never updated via iTunes since initially downloading). The times I'm given to compete against are in the 35s region. Plus this problem is repeated in most of the Silverstone autocross events (5 have this problem, 2 don't....go figure).
What do you have to say about the cars worth 1million over? Can we get them, logically? Is this where the IAP allure comes in? I've been playing some of the latter championships and I do not see a dramatic increase in prize money. Oh well, anyway, the game is over for me when I win a championship 100% with a Zonda R. Frankly, I am getting a little bored too. Playing Mt Panaroma has become a tedious job really...friggin long and useless straights without slistreaming. 287 gold coins...113 to go before I get that ride. (It has been confirmed by Firemonkeys that the Zonda R is the best car in the game hence my goal).
