However, this being REAL RACING with DAMAGE, we shouldn't have to resort to scratching and scraping to win in this race. You played against 7 others. What about playing against 21 others on equal machinery? I would really appreciate if for this track only they have qualifying runs, or reduce grid to 16 or at least on a 22 man grid promote you to 16.
I have few questions: 1) What is your default control? 2) What is your default view? 3) Is the whistling sound (like a jet engine taking off sound) normal for racing cars?
Trust me when I tell you that I couldn`t get passed you yesterday for the hole freaking Day and always reached only the second Place without even seeing your damn Car in front of me because you were like Miles ahead of me. It drove me nuts and I had to take a break from the Game because I even reached a point where I did retire from every Retry of the Race when your Name was showing up on the Racer List because I knew I would never be able to even come close to you. At like 01:00 this Morning I realized that those damn Driver Assists were breaking even when you were driving a line segment and after turning every of those Assists off it was like someone had replaced my Car with a Rocket.
@sanuku Had the same problem with another dude from my GC list. Did the same (turning off all assists) and after that i could pass him easely.
There is a 99% chance you seen a video trailer on toucharcade its been done by Sanuku who takes over 10 hits a week for the team buying the games and doing the videos, he's saved many of us from buying crap starship troopers comes to mind. On to rr3 turning off the bake does make a big difference you can now out brake the AI when racing into a corner after all the AI rightly so is following te racing line. Yes it can be a royal pain in the ass starting at the back but it's possble to get to the front in within a lap with some rubbing and skillfully driving on your part. I say there been another patch this morning cause the music in my game has been turned off and not by me or my ipad. The music volume has been set to zero and is greyed out cant move it at all????

But i think this whole TSM is bullshit! They never make a fault, never go to wide/off track, they always race the clean line,.... + i really miss slipstream! Especially on tracks like spa francorchamps. Sometimes you drive behind a car for miles at exactly the same speed but you can't pass him.
1.steering wheel with brakes and acceleration. 2.from the hood. 3.that depends on a lot of things but in general yes. I have to add that the sound in RR3 is not very good or realistic.
I was earlier today punching my Head against the wall because I hadn`t switch those settings before off so I assume you really might be a minority.
With not playing this type of game before I didn't until I got used to it. I still got auto acc and steering help on, I may turn off auto acc soon but going to keep on auto steering
Since i played RR2 before i hit the pause button as soon as i could to change all settings to my likings ,you're not the only one. I can't even play with tilt,and with all the assists on it's almost an auto runner.
Yeah, drive into the pits and pay up or wait 3 hours for your car to be fixed. Then you resume the race, cross the finish line and become dead last!
