Yeah doesn't work in Europe either. At the moment anyway. They'll probably roll it out over time to other regions. (Optimistic much) I'm more curious about the update to be honest as the implication is that it is "something big", which could be very good or very bad depending on how expensive it turns out to be. My interest is definitely peaked though as I haven't heard anything. Well, other than Android multiplayer but I assumed that was good bit away yet. Oh and thanks, I haven't forgotten about anyone here, I just haven't "solved" that gamecenter friends thing just yet and probably won't until August/September by the looks of it, so I'll be back racing ya then.

Oh man, new update coming.... Le Mans track and Porsche.. And night racing!!! I'm scared at how much it's gonna cost, but very excited by this update . There is a video on their you tube channel (I couldn't paste the link)

I seriously hope that Firemonkeys have some common sense and they make the 919 accessible with R$, otherwise the Le Mans series will be off limits for a vast chunk of players (hackers excluded, of course).
Here's hoping as well. I imagine there will be more cars than just the two Porsches anyway for the Le Mans series so at least two of them will be standard currency. Probably They are also resetting the multiplayer ratings in case anyone is interested. A big plus for me as the high ones are simple impossible to get to and so far it has been pretty weak part of the game. But they are changing latency settings and ghosting along with introducing off track penalties which is essential considering some of the "routes" people take. And also reducing damage because of crashes due to latency. The off track penalties are pretty much the key point at this stage though along with the reset. There are so some other tweaks going in as well but as much as I'm not really much in to car racing multiplayer for all the types of problems it can have, it sure is a big in game currency earner that I'd like to get some more productive time in and its good to see effort going in there. Although the Le Mans track and night mode are the big ones in this, I have a feeling we might see a car or two more as well. Hopefully one turns out to be the LaFerrari for standard currency. It's not too far away either for the update. I'd guess Wednesday or Thursday (depending on time zone one is in). I could be wrong on that just in case, but it does look very close to hitting.
All sounds good to me.. I haven't bothered too much with multiplayer for all the reasons you mention.. So any changes to that can't be bad...

So you can win the Porsche in a time trial event(I think) which starts in 8 days, or pay 950 Gold for it now. Interesting there are no prices for the Audi and Toyota.. Does look good, but I would love to start racing them now, not in 8 days or 950 coins time.
Yeah its a shame that we have to wait 8 days. But at least we get it for free! That is if we complete the event lol
has anyone bought the porsche 919 hybrid? what cost the audi r18 etron and toyota ts040 hybrid? which race tracks have been added with the update?
Haven't bought it, I'm gonna hold off to aim to win it in 8 days time, (the wait is gonna kill me though). It's strange that there is no pricing for the the Audi and Toyota. The only track confirmed is Le Sarthe (Le Mans), not sure if there are any other new tracks.. Sorry I don't have any info for you, I don't have 950 gold to buy the 919..(I'd probably still hold off to try and win it even if I did have the Gold).
Another week to play... that's too much. Anyway, the update broke my cloud save making me lose several races I won yesterday before the thing came out. :/ After the update I also noticed a strange sound whenever I start a new race (just like the one when you spend some R$). I guess it's a bug.
After doing some research on some other Real Racing forums, I found that: Audi costs R$4,000,000 (Yikes!) Toyota costs 1000 Gold At least we get the Porsche free, along with a pricey, but buy-able, Audi. Cant wait to see what they bring next update
Yeah I ignored the cloud save thing.. I figured it was saying I had completed a lower percentage because of the number of new races.. So I ignored and then cloud saved after. (If that makes sense)
