Yup, very much not playable in its current state. Often the racing screens are 1/4 of the airs screen with large black sections. In race series you can't see half the race choices, very much a mess :/ Will have to wait for an update definitely.
When this first came out the store contained two packs which included cars for different tiers and events as well as some extra cash. But after the first or second update they disappeared from the store.
The freemium method before allowed you to branch off and play different tiers while you waited for other cars to be fixed or upgraded, now you are forced down a linear path and paying out of your nose, it's stupid. Sad thing is that the game still makes reasonable money and we will see a sequel doing the same thing, and I used to love FireMint...
Thanks for the explanation. I think I remember those car packs from when it was soft-released in NZ, but I think I never saw them in the global release. I think they were expensive, but can't remember well though. I wish they had kept those for people like me, who loathe consumable IAP's... I still play as before, using all the cars I have in the different tiers. The linearity IMO comes from having to win certain races to unlock others. I want Ferraris, but I have to unlock them first. Shame...
Am i missing something or is 'Battle Italia' not present? Have the cash to buy a ferrari but says its locked until i get 8 trophies in that tournament but i cannot see that one...
Battle Italia unlocks after a certain point in Ferrari Face off series. It is a shame they took away the choice of picking any cat and series. Makes it very tough.
I think they want to force people to buy premium currency. Unfortunately, they're making a mistake IMO. People who'd spend money on premium currency will do so anyway, and this is not the way to grab the rest of the people's money. Haven't they thought about adding IAP's which make the game more premium?
Well thats a shame .... another series of updates then with no content unless you pay Can't get access to the Merc, Bentley or Ferrari now without spending around 1000G = £70 = Not worth it Catalunya circuit also seems to be tied very heavily to new cars .... not sure i've found any events with it on the previously unlocked content. Makes me sad that i can't unlock it all .... i'd have gladly paid at this point for a single IAP of around £30 as a 'golden ticket' which gave the content.... i just can't see how £70 each for some r$ and then another for 1000g = value
Update, on Friday this game was a buggy mess on the air but I ran the app again last night and everything was completely fine.
I just unlocked the Lexus LFA (that's the name, right? the one which costs 130 coins) by playing over and over. It's very unfortunate not to be able to unlock everything instantly, but if you race enough you should be able to unlock it without paying... We might also get something like "27 years of F40" or something like that Unfortunately I missed the "50 years of 911" unlock... EDIT: I unlocked the Porsche code!!!! Just set the phone to airplane mode, set date manually to 15th Sept. 2013, enter code and that's it, the 50 years of 911 cup unlocked!
Restart the game and spend better. Purchase all cars but also take into consideration that premium cars should be purchased at best discount.
True, very true. I have around 32 cars and I regret not having purchased some of them at a special discount. Nonetheless, I won't be restarting the game anytime soon, I'll just keep on racing and try to earn enough coins and gold to get most of the remaining cars. Too much effort to buy the Pagani Zonda again (400 coins...) or even the Corvette, which I bought with normal coins instead of gold coins when it was covered with the white blanket. Has there been a discount for the 800-gold Koenigsegg? I just bought the AC Cobra which costs 180 gold coins, but atm it has a 50% discount and costs 90 coins. It unlocks a series, so it's a fantastic deal. I want to unlock the Ferraris, but still no luck... and I want the 458 Italia, so I'll have to grind a lot I love the game and its F2P structure is quite acceptable, but I wish there was an option to transform it to premium. Anyway, I really appreciate they adjusted the difficulty in the latest updates, because when I stopped playing it was just impossible. Btw, does anyone know where the inbox is now? I can't find it anywhere. It was very useful to access quickly the races in which I had been beaten.

In the review include the cost of new cars, the number of new series' added, and whether we can accumulate more gold from previously completed series' & the amount of gold we can earn from those previously completed Thank you!
Thanks, grabbed it has anyone got a list of working codes for the game? The only one I know is the "50 years of 911" (set the date to mid-sept. and airplane mode on for it to work). They could well implement a Ferrari unlock code. Also, where is the "Italian battle" tournament? It says you can earn cups there to unlock the 458 Italia, but I can't find that tournament anywhere...
