Sales vary from week to week. Sometimes it's 20%, sometimes more. The times it shows no discount seems to be a little bug where the sale is supposed to be on but it hasn't quite activated yet. In other words, once the discount is active it's unlikely to change again.

The discount is not the same with all the cars. Some are 20%, others 30 or 40%. Whenever there's a new features event, it takes a while until we can see the discounted price.

Yep, you will see the full price at first. Probably later / tomorrow, you will be able to see the discount already.

I think I'm starting to understand what happens in these games as time goes. First they make it look all shiny to start you off and as updates come in you start to lose the quality. I've noticed there actually are no graphics in this game. It's just a mask. The only thing that does any rendering is probably the lighting. Everything else is just a mask. The grass and road look straight out of an old computer racing game that doesn't require any graphic card.
Whenever devs come out with an update. I believe the addition of new cars or tracks is just a cover up for the real internal mess stirring up.

So the Lamb is still not on sale but now the Audi is (20%)? Hope this doesn't mean the Bugatti will be regular price too...

Well, too bad. If the Audi is the one on sale, I guess I won't be able to take advantage.

In other news.. Agera R, full repair time is freaking 25 hours. :/

I just don't understand it. All that work to get a high end car and for what? Ludicrous repair times, vastly increased upgrade costs for minimal gain and a non-scaling reward system in the given car's series.

And yet, here I am still playing.

It is quite strange. Any other game I would have quit ages ago because of the grinding. But This is the only game I have played since it came out, and although I find it really frustrating I keep coming back. It really is a great racer, but a compromised one.

I used to play a lot, now I only do a couple of races per day. Yesterday I was racing, and for every race with the Zonda R or the Bugatti, I seemed to be losing money. Even coming in first, getting R$15.000, I would spend 17 or 18k on repairs and maintenance. Frustrating, specially with cars that after two long races (or just one) will absolutely need maintenance.

We must all admit, I guess we need our racing fix.. one way or another. ;/ But, I am already 88% complete (947/1075), which means I'll probably play a lot less if and when I complete it.

At least this made me spend a lot less on the app store lately, knowing that I won't be able to play them due to this game, lol.

    Also, 40/48 cars, atm.

    One advice for noobs:
Do not take the sales for certain cars to be your advantage. It is a gimic just delaying your progress.
It's best to pay full price for the best car of that whole chapter and grind than realizing you need a new car to progress.
It's best to grind on the cup races near 95-100% of that event than to delay the time it will take you this far.
Once you have purchased the best car for each chapter then go back and aim for 100% after you have made your $$.

I totally disagree. I wouldn't have 45 cars and the progress I have (80% I think) if I hadn't buy all the cars with a discount, specially the gold coin cars. And I don't think there's a "best car" in all of the events. There are certain races I would rather race with a Zonda R than a Veyron (Melbourne, for instance).

There's a new update in the App Store. Camaro's size has been fixed, as is the progression rate stuck at 97% in the ZR-1 events, but now a new problem has come up.

Before the last update, I had completed Modern Sports Classics and RWD Open Revolution, and the progress was stuck at 97%. After the update, it now properly shows at 100%, but I haven't got my 100% completion bonus (R$ and gold coins).

Already reported this to Firemonkeys, and I hope I'm not ignored, as I was in previous problem reports.

I disagree. You have wasted countless hours when you could have so much more by now.

That's your point of view, and I have to respect that, but when you get to 180h playtime, we'll see where our strategies got us.
