Well, while you were spending your money on upgrades, I was spending it on cars (it still baffles me that you've made more 6M than I have, having played less events). The only ones I have missing are the Nissan JR Motorsports, the Lamborghini Murcielago, and the Koenigsegg CCXR and Agera. I won't try to buy the Koenigseggs any time soon, the Murcielago will be on sale next week, and after buying that and the Nissan, I'll spend all my money on upgrades. Edit: in that picture, it should read '45 of 49 cars', because of the ZR-1.
I'm sorry, but cfgoliveira is one of the most contributive members of this topic and has guided me in the game on a number of things. It's not hard looking back a couple of pages, in fact it would probably take less time looking than posting and waiting for a response.
I hope they make level ups a little easier in next update because i still want to get that 1000 lvl achievement and i have only 2 guys who are playing higher series. BTW what do you guys think that will be car to complete that highest event where is only Veyron, Zonda R and Agera R? Also i hope for Lexus LFA .)
True. I was mostly repeating events for R$ in my spare time at a point, so Im not really progressing any further that much, albeit slowly. But that isn't really working right now, so I'm finishing new events lately. No IAP's at all, just repeating loads of events, not finishing new ones, haha! After the Murcielago being on sale, it will be Veyron's turn. So, I'm saving money up for that, hoping for a 40% discount (or at least anything more than 20%, or else the wait would be quite a waste) @Doelago Check Pab's signature.
One other thing I don't get: you have more game points than I do, but yet on a lower level than me. Must be all those tweakings to the points system...
Having answered the same question two days ago, sorry that I'm not willing to go back and copy/paste what I wrote, so that you wouldn't have to go back two pages to find the answer to your doubts. I'm all into helping people, as you'll find from my previous posts, so the sarcasm isn't really necessary.
Glad the change in game balance wasn't just me .... sad that its happened ... basically i feel the game has now polarised the community yet further... Those of us who were tolerating the wait timers and everything else but progressing nicely and able to rack up a stash of cars etc and were able to win sometimes without even upgrades are now getting punished for not buying the IAP.... Friends bonuses and gold are now trickle fed, competition now is requiring upgraded cars (which on the expensive cars means gold or 100,000's of R$) which because you can't grind so much (not that i particularly enjoy the grind) is less fruitfull Still a shame ... would love to pay Firemonkey for their work on this game but i'm not paying £6.99 or so for a measly amount of R$ / Gold that wouldn't even get me more than a couple minor upgrades Wonder if this is the dark hand of EA at work on this ..... used to be nice interacting with the RR dev team in the past but they've been conspicuous in their absence since RR3 pricing model got announced.
Waks, I have only raced vs you on my early events. You don't show up for me on any of my later events. How are you making so much money? There are infact many people that fall in this category of so much R$ and time put in but do not appear on the highest payout cup races. Is there some early race in an event that brings in good R$? I am only 28% complete and I feel I am ahead of 90% of my friend list. But according to their stats they should be ahead of me and tsm ready for all my future races but that's not the case... My future races consist of at most 5 tsm friends.
I've been saving my gold since I started the game. I accidentally clicked on repair once and wasted 4 gold which still aches my heart. Saving up for the 800 gold coin car. If I save that for last ill end up losing hope just like the rest of you lmao
Guess he already replied to that. He was more concentrated on grinding against friends, instead of progressing towards completing the game. That's probably the reason why has made much more money than I did (that, and having more than 500 friends). I've personally spent my time progressing through the game, grinding once in a while to win money, and trying to buy all the cars. By the way, regarding your quest to save golden coins for the Agera R (and yes, everyone has accidentally spend coins on repairs and such), you can buy the 'gold cars' with 20% discount, after unlocking their respective showcase event. That means you can buy the Agera R for 640 coins, instead of 800. I've purchased all the gold cars for 20% less, spent some coins on upgrades and painting my cars (and some accidentally), and I've managed to save some extra 160 coins.
Well, that's totally weird. Because I am already 79% complete, so I believe I should show up on the majority of your later races. I may not be progressing that much, but that's only for the really high end cars. For the races that involve cars that are priced under 1million, I have most, if not all of them and completed their events already, since those are the races that I usually grind on before. Or maybe.. Im one of your "elite" friends, haha @cfgoliveira The fame points thing.. weird too. ;/ lol.
There are many instances where I see, "Earn a gold trophy to race against certain friends". Before I earn that gold trophy I already see another group of pre existing friends already in the matchup ready to earn me friend bonus. What's the difference between the two? Are you referring to that as elite?
Yes, I'm referring to that. The game segregates friends into two groups. The "elite" ones are the ones that you will race only when you get a gold trophy in that certain event because they were able to get a better time compared to the others. They made it like this so that people wouldnt have a hard(er) time getting a gold trophy the first time around. Don't think this applies in endurance mode though..
Good to know. Thank you. I believe endurance needs to be tampered with or I just am not doing it right. There are records that are impossible to beat since the update so for endurance I play using airplane mode. Even then the records are still way beyond my reach. Anyone else facing this issue? So... Will real racing 4 have R2D2 equipped on my hood?
