I'd love to know this too even though there aren't many cars available for gold. I think right now I could buy all but two of them without a discount. Maybe close some other apps so they aren't running in the background. Also change the camera to the behind the car cam. I have had very few problems with this game on my 4S. It's crashed once or twice in all the hours I've spent on it. And I keep GameCenter logged in and stay on a network too. It uses the GameCenter Photo if you have one if you don't have it linked to facebook. Otherwise it gives you the "stig" racing helmet icon.

Almost 19 hours and im at 12% Also Melbourne track is the worst. Edit: I too play it on 4S and have no problems. It does drop frames sometimes but nothing major.
I dislike EA immensely, their product support is terrible and the actual company is one of the worst run in gaming today
So I did an endurance race yesterday. At the start of the race it showed the #1 distance. So right at the end about 10 seconds before my time ran out I was sitting at 2nd place with no way in hell to get first. All of a sudden the first place distance marker pops up in front of me and I pass it with almost nothing to spare. I get first place and the original distance for first is not showing anywhere. I love that track. I have it nearly mastered. The attention to detail is beautiful. I'm a sucker for city driving. I WISH that would happen to me. The line of cars big thing hasn't been happening which has made a lot of goals pretty impossible even when driving with amazing precision. But maybe that's hope that they are tweaking out some of the near impossible goals.
Melbourne can be a shitty track if don't get your braking zones sorted out...but you probably think its the worst since the AI on there drive like monkeys in a zoo! Once I'm in like 6th place guys ahead of me at least know how to drive the line properly it seems. I purchased the Porsche 911 gt3 RS this am and its been slick to drive it so far, I've even beaten some of you from here on it hahah check it out! I love how I can take this car 140kph around corners on most circuits (no I'm not cutting across grass, but I did master all F1 tracks in all the Formula one games I play)This way all m Pro/Am Events are unlocked and that will take a while to beat not to mention the ones blow it unlocked too. Currently I'm at: 12 hours played 56/961 events Level 21 50K of cash in the bank due to buying a ford focus and its slow as shit... And only have 2 upgrades on my Nissan Silvia (sports tires and stage one engine). So right now I'm gonna focus on beating Pro/AM 100% before moving to Pro Racing Tier, but out of 15 people that added me from here I've only seen Tmt, Jiri, NightC1 in the last Pro/AM tier so maybe others are doing something wrong..... On subject of Pro Racing tear.....R8 LMS Ultra or waste 150 golds and buy a 918 RSR Concept?
I have both. Barely use either. The fact that both cars go so fast and the upgrades cost so much is a real downer to me. I much prefer to race in the lower tiers
Which car next? Hi guys. I have the Ford Focus fully upgraded, Ford Shelby (lots of upgrades) and Nissan GTR Premium fully upgraded. I was disappointed with the Nissan because it starts off as a monster but not many upgrades to it. I have 70G and 150k and I can easily up the money part by racing more. I'm wondering what I should get next. I want a car that starts off good but can get tons of upgrades - preferably in a different class than the other cars I have. But I didn't see any sites that had car information so I'm not sure. BTW, I spent zero real money on this game and I'm having a blast - especially seeing all the people I added from here on GC. Except for the one dude with the creepy glamor shot. I try to pass him as soon as possible so I don't have him staring at me for a lap or two lol. I know with 65G I can get a McLaren but not sure if it's worth it. Anybody get far enough to know or know a site that has info on all the cars and stats?
I'm not sure why you had the need to fully upgrade any of your cars in early races, I barely upgraded my Nissan Silva and I've beaten like 60% of races with it! I bought Nissan Silva, than purchased BMW Z4 in the next tier, than Ford Shelby GT500 and saved up and bough Porsche 911 GT3 RS. I could easily grind up 500,000K with all the races to beat still and not have to upgrade any of my cars maybe until I hit V8 International tier....time will tell. I looked at McLaren MP4 in super league tier (if that's the one your referring to) and I think I'd save up 1 mill or whatever it is to get McLaren F1 instead and use saved up gold to buy a Porsche 918 Concept but than again they both only open up 2 diff tiers in the game. I'm sure there are people on here who are using either of them that could give better opinion of this subject! GC: jd99ca1
The McLaren that you buy with gold is such an awesome car, even at its basic level - I am so looking forward to seeing how each upgrade affects it. I haven't played many races with it yet because I don't want to unlock the Lambourgini showcase tier until I have enough to get that car.
I have more than 60 friends on GameCenter, and GameCenter keep telling me someone beat me, someone beat me... But when I play the game, I can't see any tsm friends, always the same name robots, why?
Whats a better car the ford shelby gt500 or bmw m3 gts? I would assume that the ford is better, but the bmw cost 2xs more than the ford. Thanks!
