I'm interested in this too. I find myself unable to afford upgrades because I keep buying new cars, which is unfortunate, because I hardly have time to drive the ones I have. It's driving me a little crazy because its making it close to impossible for me to beat some of your times in some of the races. At some point, I'm thinking I need to stop buying cars and start to upgrade. That being said, I am sorely tempted to purchase the Lamborghini Gallardo while it's on sale; how does it drive?
In the Store section, if you navigate to the option to buy gold, scroll to the left and there should be a "Free" option. In there are all the offers. What I'm curious about, is how he's amassed 600 gold coins!
Seem of the offers are 200+ gold so it shouldn't be hard. Hell, just signing up for a gamefly trial gets you 170.
The offers are simple mostly. Go for the "free" trial offers, or ones that are able to be canceled before you're charged.
The K&N ad hovered over where it shows your level. It was only online for maybe an hour last night at maybe 6pm CST? Up till now I hadn't seen other offers. So I restart just now, it did a downloading thing... searched around, found it. Go into the "Store", tap on the "Gold" and on the first one it says "Free". Under free are various ways to earn free gold. Enjoy. .... Someone mentioned wanting to copy a save over from one version to another. I'm sure there's a thread on that in the general folder ... search for iFunBox and that may get you there. It's not that hard to do. I finally figured it out a couple days ago because I want to backup the saves for a few big games on my iPhone so I can free a few gigs of space from apps I LOVE but just don't need installed all of the time.
I've been playing for the last week and imo the tracks get boring quickly. You race around the same handful of tracks with faster cars in each section. The more gold and currency you amass the faster the cars and upgrades you can buy which in turn will mean better lap times around the same tracks you've been playing. Rinse and repeat. I will say that using the mclaren is fun but even that gets boring very quickly, and the cost of up keep really doesn't balance out what you win with the few races you can participate in before it needs servicing again.
Jebus, I'm sure you guys must have different offers to me. The sum of all the free gold I can get is only around 300. Must be a US>UK thing.
I can see how you'd feel that way. For me, yes the game needs more tracks, but I like the idea of really learning a track and mastering it. Trying to figure out the proper speed and ability to corner makes getting faster cars sort of freshen the tracks for me. I can't see playing the expensive cars very much or digging through the upgrade system for every car (maybe a few specific ones later)... but for what it is, I'm still having a lot of fun which is pretty amazing because of how bad the NZ version was with the wait timers and stuff for just doing repairs that I wasn't going to bother with this.

I the US, tons of different offers. Over 30 when I checked. Of course most of them want you're private information and to give up email addresses and that kind of thing... eh... most of em are not worth my time especially since they seem to run withing the game ap, which of course makes me leery. But a video ad, sure I'll watch one of them. So I earned a few coins, maybe 12 total.
What are some good races for making money? I have the Nissan silvia, the BMW z4m coupe, the Dodge Viper SRT10 coupe, and the McLaren mp4-12c, with around 40k in the bank.
Does traffic not equal readers? If something gets lots of traffic then by definition that is what the readers want.
Based off my experience, anything of length. Typically any cup races that happen on Mt. Panorama, Indianapolis (speedway course), .. etc that include multiple laps. The longer the race the better the payout. The higher grade cars required, seems to affect the payout too.
I was running an endurance race... Performance Rumble > Speedrush TV Australasian Open > Indi Motor Speedway (Speedway) It's the 14th "tier" in that section. Anyways... so I thought maybe I just didn't see the distances correctly... thought it was 38.x miles for first place. I was like, ok, no problemo. When I got to mile 49th mile, I hadn't seen the 6th place marker. So I decided to stop at the 50th mile, and see what the heck...
It's cool to see my GC name on your screenshot. I've been in many a race where you are #1 (or hopefully #2 by the end ), had some good scraps. On a much more sour note, after 20+ hours of play RR3 is broken for me now. It crashes to the home screen at the start of every event. Have done all the usual troubleshooting - killed the app, restarted the iPad etc. but nothing works. Any car, any event, crash every as it is about to start. Have posted on the FireMonkeys Get Satisfaction page so just have to hope they can help.
